The Sonny’s BBQ was a good option for our lunch time. Got the steak burger with American Cheese on a garlic bread. It was good. Ordered the Dirty Rice and it felt short on my expectations. It was more rice with BBQ sauce.

Deanna was an excellent hostess. We’ve been visiting here for at least a year. She was very helpful and attentive to us and all her customers. The food was great as always. I figured chicken wings were chicken wings…nope! These wings were great and flavored all the way through. Get the dry rub and experience their excellent barbecue sauce. I definitely recommend.

The service is always good here but they are extremely lacking in their food preparation and quality. The Sarasota location has the true Sonny’s flavor and preparation. If I were you, I would never go to this location to eat I would only go to the one in Sarasota. It’s very sad because Sonny’s is so well known for their food quality but not this location. It’s been this way for a long time.
