Very pleasant server. Nice place. Not too loud but not a morgue. The “spicy” sauce could be spicier or a hotter option offered would be nice but it was still quite tasty and can’t really complain. I got the all you can eat and stuck with the pulled pork. Didn’t seem to come out all that warm though the sweet potato was nice and hot. Green beans were good. Server was very attentive and quick to bring me more of whatever I wanted. A hair pricier than I expected but not too bad for all you can eat. The place seemed VERY clean and was the perfect place to go after donating blood

This was our very 1st time and let me tell you: the restuarant was nice and bright, Every table, chair, floor area were nice and clean. No rowdy atmosphere and pleasant aromas coming from the kitchen. Our waitress Brenda was sweet and friendly. She answered all our questions about the meal and made sure we were ok with our orders.
I’m not sure if it was the owner or the manager but he came by our table to check if we were happy with our meal. Very nice man.
The food was amazing… we ordered baby back ribs and St. Louis ribs, and smoked chicken and it was all so flavorful without it being salty or over sauced. The baked potatoes were tender with coleslaw tasting crisp and just the right flavor. Absolutely nothing was over or under cooked. Great corn bread too. The portions were amazing and not over our budjet and worth it every penny. Brenda suggested the brisket for our next visit, because of course we will return and bring the whole family. We are 8. But it was just grandpa and grandma 1st. Amazing experience and so satisfying. Thank you! My compliments to the pitmaster. Highly recommend.

The BBQ was on point!! The tatortots , amazing, crisp ,warm , perfect! The fries that i added onto my pulled pork sandwich were cold and mushy , not crunchy at all , so I didn’t eat any of them. We would definitely go back again. I just won’t order fries next time.

The sweet nostalgia of this long-loved place fills me with whimsy. This is by far the greatest of all the Sonny’s BBQs. All others pale in comparison. My heart doth long for a turkey big deal, and the sound of sweet tea being poured. Susan and Lou Lou are legends.

I’ve had just about everything Sonny’s has to offer the wings are absolutely tender and excellent. just about everything is wonderful there. But, expensive.
8 chicken wings cost me$14 the service in atmosphere is wonderful there. And very fast.
I wish they would come back with the potatoes and cheese and put that on the menu because they were out of this world. I used to go there just to get that every other day while they had it.

Usually the best food in our little town. Today the fries weren’t cooked all the way through and my bun on my pork sandwich was hard. I always will recommend Sonny’s but must stress to management to ensure good training on your cooks it is the heart of your business.
