We had a party of 9. The place was NOT busy, yet it took 15min to get drinks. Our waitress neglected us and it took 45 minutes to get food and that was after my daughter complained to the manager! Half of the staff was on the floor wiping tables down and putting chairs up like they were closing! We were informed they don’t close until 9:30 and it was 8:30 at the time! When the food came it was obvious it had been sitting a while under heat lamp! Not the first time it took a while to be served but we gave them another chance! Guess we need to find another bbq place from now on!

I ordered the beef brisket and the smoked wings with macaroni & cheese and baked beans. The beef brisket was really dry and tasteless. The beans tasted like they came straight out of a can and the macaroni & cheese tasted and looked just like Kraft. The only good part of the meal were the smoked wings and the cornbread.

Food was delicious! BBQ Pork Eggrolls were an absolutely incredible appetizer, almost a meal in itself. Sabrina (Red) was one of the best waitresses we have EVER had (in any restaurant).

Came Sunday after church and had a little bit of a wait. However waitress was quick and got our drinks to us immediately. Ordered the Sonnys sampler and it was spot on!! Highly recommend if your in the mood for BBQ!!

Cheryl is an amazing server. Very attentive , fast friendly service! Patrick is a very nice manager. He cares about the customer and strives to make it a great dining experience. The food, especially the pulled pork, was fantastic and all the bbq sauces were excellent!

Great BBQ at a reasonable price. The sampler platter was large enough for 2 people to share (with extra sides). Our server was happy to meet our requests, kept drinks filled, and checked on us often enough without interrupting our meal.

Hey, it’s Sonny’s. It’s what you can expect for fast food barbecue. I did their buy one get one to go pork sandwich deal. Two macaroni and cheese, and two potato salads. $28 plus 10 % to go tip. All in all not bad considering it cost $38 to feed 3 people at Whataburger last week. Service was friendly, and prompt. The to go deal has been going on for 3 years that I’m aware of. You give them business on their slow day, and you save. It’s a win win.

Great BBQ joint! Food, decor, and atmosphere were all amazing, however this restaurant, like many others, is plagued by short staff issues. Wait times were just a bit too long for most customers I feel, given that there were still open tables.

I had the loaded tots with pull pork and oh my god was it amazing. It is meant to be an appetizer but it’s a meal in itself. My fiance ordered the Saint Louis ribs. He wasn’t too impressed he said that hes had better at this Sonny’s. But otherwise The food was great!
