Food was good. Restaurant was very warm which made it hard to enjoy the food. Place was clean and organized. The front hostess was not very friendly and the waitress should have been more attentive, otherwise no big complaints. I thought the baked beans were horrible, the dirty rice was ok, St. Louis ribs decent, sliced brisket a little fatty and the chicken was good. I wouldn’t go back personally just because real bbq should be better and have a smoke flavor, which this didn’t.

Enjoyed my first time here. The barbecue egg rolls were delicious! The brisket was pretty good, as well as Mac and cheese and Cole slaw. Good sauces…..not too overpowering with too much vinegar. Good portions, too!

Took 30 minutes in the drive through & then an additional 15 after they made us pull up. It took my husband and I 25 minutes to eat, so it took us longer to wait for it instead of enjoying it. Food was very good but the experience was absolutely awful. Multiple people got their food before us and we got 2 pulled pork sandwiches, our sides, and 2 drinks, very simple.

It’s fast food, bbq chain that offers good proportions at decent prices. If you’re looking for a good meat dish with something other than fries this is a good choice. The sandwiches are solo purchases but can add on a side and drink for a few more dollars. Entrées come with sides no drink and bbq sauces are on table for your use. My fav combo is the smoky and sweet mixed. I got the egg rolls, loaded tots (as a side for an up charge) ,& the brisket grilled cheese.

My family walked in. We had to wait a little while to be seated which is fine. Then after being seated no one ever came to help us. They were not busy at all and after waiting 30 minutes without them not acknowledging us at all not even for drinks and other tables who came in after us being helped we left.

Our servers name was Amber and she was a ray of sunshine! I have a diabetic 10 year old that was feeling pretty terrible when we came in. Her blood sugar was low and she was starving. Amber came and took our orders and asked if I wanted her food out first and I told her that would be great. She went to her Manager and told them the situation and my daughters food was out within minutes!! We were so appreciative and she just made us feel like family. Thank you to the manager and Amber for the incredible service and food! We will be coming back for to see them soon!

They have the best BBQ ever if you going get the Smoking Gun it’s not on the menu that’s how awesome it is it even have smoke sausage on with banana peppers and onions which sets the sandwich off and please get Garlic bread instead of buns cause the sandwich gets even bigger with more meat with the garlic bread. And the lemonade is amazing alone with the fries but I will get the corn it’s awesome as well. And they even give you a (Free) meal combo for your birthday it doesn’t get no better than that.

Last time I was there the wings were cool to the touch. On this visit the brisket was dry and cool. I love the baby back ribs! Price is very reasonable, but they need to tweak the quality of brisket and make sure food is going out hot.
