Decided to give this place a try because it’s close to my husband’s work and we wanted to get a late lunch. The restaurant is very clean, comfortable, and the waitress was kind and attentive to our table. We ordered the Italian egg rolls for an appetizer and they were absolutely delicious. The entrees we ordered left much to be desired. I’m an Italian girl and being from Youngstown, rust belt Italian food is part of my culture. I have never been to an Italian restaurant in the general area in which a side salad and a basket of fresh bread is not included with pasta entrees. It’s a bit unnerving, because the prices for pasta dishes are already SO high at this restaurant. The portion size is another issue. If we didn’t have the appetizer, we would have left hungry. The portions are so small for the price. My husband ordered pasta with traditional red sauce, which was pretty good. Definitely not a dinner sized portion. My alfredo was way too salty. We decided on a slice of pie to share, because the options seemed tasty. It was just okay; nothing to write home about. I would definitely be willing to go back for apps and maybe to try a pizza or flatbread, but think we will skip the pasta dishes.

my favorite in-town italian restaurant! i don’t give restaurants 5 stars easily… but this one deserves it. their menu is great, they have a big selection of a lot of items, their customer service is always great (and congratulations to the new owner who greeted us last time), and lastly the environment is very cozy & welcoming! i come here all the time with my family & friends

Their pizza has a unique homemade taste to it and I loved it. Perfectly cooked too, in my opinion. The “4-Cut” and “10-Inch” are the same size, and it was enough food for myself. It cost me about $15 after tax. There is about a $3 surcharge for card payments.

The Italian Platter was delicious. So was the orchetta pasta. We had banana cream and coconut cream pie for dessert, also delicious.
Our server, Brittany was lovely. She was attentive and friendly. The hostess was also very nice.
The restaurant and bathroom were clean. The dining room was cozy.

WORST Italian food ever!!! My husband and I stopped in for lunch. No lunch menu… ok no problem. Ordered eggplant rollatini. I’m an eggplant enthusiast. I expected an excellent meal because of the reviews. Wow, just wow. This mess of a plate was brought to the table and I saw two tiny rolls sitting on top of the pasta. I unrolled it because I couldn’t understand why they were so tiny. NO FILLING!!! Told the server. She actually told me “they make it in the morning and use what they have”. So I said IF YOU DON’T HAVE RICOTTA why are you serving this??!!! She didn’t give a damn. No bread offered either. As you can see the pasta sauce that the overcooked mushy spaghetti was in was swimming in what tasted like warm ketchup. I feel ripped off and hope this review is seen by the management. Mushy spaghetti in ketchup with soggy plain unfilled eggplant. YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED YOU SERVE THAT GARBAGE! Oh, did I mention they add the surcharge on the bill before they know your method of payment? I’m not even sure that’s legal. Maybe a health department call is in order.
