First time here…. this was closest one to me. Got the big dill meal cuz hello grillos pickles did swap drink with dr pepper add pickles super yum felt like I was eating a backyard BBQ cooked cheese burger it slapped hard and the tots super crispy and dusted with dill seasoning. My chicken wrap was the thinnest piece of chicken I have ever had. A chicken nugget is thicker than this strip. The mozzarella sticks were good & so was the slush. Just don’t get their wraps.

Customer service ranked at the Root Chakra, grounded but low vibrational and forceful. The atmosphere being its a drive inn/thru ranked at the heart chakra. Dont have many restaurants like this anymore to embrace the 50’s with everything evolving. I ordered a super sonic double cheeseburger meal, and 2 cheeseburger meals all with onion rings and diet limeade, cherry limeade. The onion rings were short. 3 in one bag, 4 in another bad and 9 onion rings in the last bag which were all the same size, medium. That was pretty disappointing and brought a strong sense below the Root Chakra. The burgers hit right at the Solar Plexus. The overall experience i would have to rate as a 2.5.

Purchased a featured Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich, received a Pickle Sandwich.
There was not enough meat to even cover one layer of the hard and chewy bun.
However, there was an abundance of pickles! And more pickles! And even more pickles!
Also ordered a slush, it was handed to me with product running down the sides of the cup and the lid was covered from being overfilled. I was told Sonics cups have a “sticky” feeling, and told there were napkins in the bag. Now that’s customer service!
At this point, it may be better to just give up instead of asking what to focus improvement on.

Austin is the man. Ask for Austin if you can.He deserves a raise and or a managing position. He waa very positive and very genuine. Not the fake nice type. Real nice. So ask for Austin and tell um Rex sent ya after reading his review online and you give him a good review too. Deal.

I keep coming back because of the drinks and shakes. The app rarely works, constantly says “Online ordering at this location not available” Charging $12-18 for combos is crazy for a fast food drive-through/drive-in. The half priced drinks are the only thing worth it here. The staff is always friendly, it’s just the food that is very subpar even for fast food.

My slush had so much syrup. I took one sip and could still taste it 10 minutes later. Threw the rest of the drink away. Also no marinara sauce when theyre running a deal on mozzerella sticks, which theyll let you know after you order them.

Everything we ordered smelled and tasted like fish. We didn’t order fish. The double and triple smash burger, fishy tasting. The French fries, pickle fries and premium chicken bites, extra fishy tasting and smelling. Unfortunately we were passing through and attempted to eat the food on the road so I didn’t return everything. Definitely won’t be going back and dont recommend, unless of course you prefer all of your food to smell and taste of fish when it is in fact, not fish.

We ordered for two people, asked for a “cheese sauce” the employee charged us for Cheese tots and then they were not in the bag when we got home. So not only did we not get the cheese sauce we wanted for our fries, we also were charged for something we didn’t receive. Really disappointed.
