The most disappointing service I have received in a long time. Me and My partner placed an order today through a drive through bay and even the ordering process was awful. The entire time the employee could not hear or understand a word we said. “Do you have root beer?” “Fruit Juice?”. Despite the clear frustration from both parties there was no effort to change anything. The worker did not offer to come out to us, the worker did not suggest we switch stalls or try the drive through, nothing. Our order included what was supposed to be, two drinks, a chicken tenders combo, And a burger with Mustard. Only the chicken tenders were rang in for the combo and we realized this and asked for tater tots to be rung in when we received our food we were told we would have to use the intercom, then told that they would ring it in for us and come back. They never came back. Once the food was actually opened it got worse. All 5 chicken tenders were visibly overcooked with a dark dark brown exterior, and the chicken itself was less than half a centimeter thick. They were so tough my cat won’t eat them. Additionally the burger was missing it’s mustard. Supremely disappointing.

I arrived at 9:30am and this location says it opene at 9AM. I wanted to order breakfast and the employees were standing outside talking and one smoking a cigarette while I was sitting at the drive thru menu. I waited about 10 minutes before driving off. Nobody ever took my order. Nobody was inside the building or at the drive thru window. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. If a place says it opens at a certain time then the employees should be working. NOT OUTSIDE HANGING OUT.

While I’m visiting in Washington from Hawaii, my daughter and I went drive thru and ordered strawberry shake . This was very refreshing and hit the spot. It was fast service. Someone cane out to give us our shakes . It was my daughter’s treat

The wait was long at this location but it is one and only around the area. I had the mozza sticks and the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and I will tell you as someone that loves garlic, onions, and knows this place is known for it’s drinks… get this burger. It is so buttery, garlicky, oniony, and so bad for you in the best taste possible. I hate how much I love this burger. Would buy again.

THIS IS THE BEST DRIVE-IN EVER!!! The food is great, the drinks are great, the service is great, the designs are great, the entry is great, and the exit is great. This place is astonishing, and I highly recommend this location if you want some fast food. I repeat, THIS IS THE BEST DRIVE-IN EVER!!!

Came here to get dinner and the food was horrible. Everything was cooked to death (even the bread) to the point where it wasn’t edible. I ended up just feeding it to my dog and even he struggled to chew it. I wish I could get my 27$ back. Absolutely not worth it. And I live nearby but I will not be coming back.

We tried Sonic for the first time and didn’t realize there was no indoor seating! I’m vegan so just had fries. The kids’ chicken looked overcooked to me. I forgot to ask my son how his burger was but it looked good.

Hadn’t been to Sonic for a very long time. The food was good tasting at a decent temperature. The only issue I had was that my foot long Coney dog was tipped sideways in its wrapper and the contents were spilling out of the bag/wrapper so that I couldn’t eat it without getting it all over my hands. Fortunately, I carry extra utensils, straws, and napkins in my car. I pulled out a fork and also saw that there were no napkins in the bag either. It pays to be prepared! A little training goes a long way.

Been here a few times this past month since it’s a quick trip from work if I don’t take lunch. Each time service has been good but *something* in my order is less than good. One time my tots had clearly been sitting under a hot lamp too long. The next time the syrup had run out of their pop machine, the next time my chicken strips were so dry they were inedible. That was when I decided to stop going. I never tried to return the items because by the time I get back to work and notice, it would take too long and my lunch break would be up.
