Wanted a quick bite to eat and nobody was in the drive thru. 5 minutes into my wait at the window after paying im told that its going to be longer because they forgot to drop my chicken for my chicken burger. So 10 minutes sitting at the window woth cars stacking behind me I finally got my simple order of a chicken sandwich meal with cold fries. Always have issues with service when I try to stop here.

Having never had Sonic before, we were pleasantly surprised! We shared a corndog (fair worthy!), a smash burger, and a chicken bacon club. We also tried a cherry limeade (pebble ice, too!!) which was reminiscent of a Shirley Temple or cherry slurpee. Service was very fast and friendly! Little confusion as for the lines. We inadvertently cut coming in from Pioneer not realizing there was a line all the way to DQ coming from Barrington, but we were parking and dining rather than drive-thru. They made need better direction if they’re going to have entrances from both roads or people should just chill. They still got their food before we did. Life is hard.

I was looking forward to eating here tonight only to be disappointed once I got home with my food. The tots and mozzarella sticks were bland, they forgot my ranch dipping sauce and half my marinara sauce, my onion rings were so overcooked I couldn’t even try to bite into them and looks like the oil needs replacing.
Service time was slow from ordering my food at a stall to getting my food brought out. Whoever was cooking the food needs to be retrained.

Ordered a simple grilled cheese 02/04 and was the worst grilled cheese I’ve ever had, took a bite and was terrible the bread was hard and cheese was almost invisible only 1 sad slice of cheese, couldn’t even eat the thing just trash. The lemonade was good and the pickle fries were soggy but still edible.

Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order, burgers tasted like they hadn’t cleaned the griddle all day, fries had either sat all day then just had cheese tossed on, or they microwaved them to the point you could damn near chip a tooth. Save your money and your taste buds and try somewhere else.

Told us they didn’t have a burger that was actively advertised on their screen, took us telling them 3 different times which one we wanted for them to get it right. Then we open the burger and it’s not even a stacked burger (See pictures) all while we were the only car there. We didn’t appreciate the attitude from the server telling us they didn’t have the sandwich.

Today’s visit was really slow service starting with ordering food from the stall, all the way through the preparation and delivery time. Maybe the person taking my order was new. Credit card reader not working at the stall. I ordered a triple Smashburger which basically was void of any kind of flavor with the exception of being overly salty. I had higher expectations from a $8.19 cheeseburger. Can’t go wrong with the ice cream drinks. I just can’t say whether or not the ice cream Drinks Alone are worth the 20 + Mile Drive

I spent $50 here on a meal for 4 that would have been $35-$40 at Wendy’s, the meal was inferior quality.
the meat in both burgers tasted “gamey” and old, as if it was reheated in a microwave.
My kid got a kids meal and it said on the sign that it comes with a toy, but we received no toy.
The portions were small.
I feel cheated.
I couldn’t finish half the burger but I’m still really hungry, that’s how old and gross this meat tasted.
The service was friendly and fast however, food was disgusting and a complete ripoff. I have no idea how sonic is in business when there is a Wendy’s within walking distance.

The food was much better than I remember it being a decade ago. The Cherry Limeade was exactly what I was craving, the Classic Cruiser was an unexpected delight, and the Dirty Dr. Pepper was a bit over the top but still enjoyable.
The drive through line was long but there were plenty of pull up spots. Ate in the car like any good Sonic customer should.
