This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food establishment. I am pregnant just had blood drawn and needed food. We pressed the red button and waited 20 min with no response so decided to just go though the drive thru where we waiting another 15 for someone to come on. Once someone asked for our order my husband said his burger meal and stated he wanted no tomato. The woman ignored what he said and asked if he wanted tater tots or fries, my husband said tater tots please. The woman replied what else can I get you.. my husband replied I just wanted to confirm no tomato. Before he could even finish his sentence the woman snapped at him yelling yes I got it what else. No manners, didnt care we had been waiting. So we pulled away and left. Will not give my money to any sonic establishment after that. Horrible service

How is this place still open place an online order 40 minutes ago i would have left if I didn’t have already paid online i did try to find a way to cancel order i didn’t have any luck if your okay waiting for fast food for amount of time for a sit down restaurants this place is for you this truck in front of me is having the same issue. Talking to a manager, I’m over here listening to the conversation. Sad Part, is this guy just ordered drinks? I would have gone somewhere else.

Horrible all the way around. I’m really confused about how they are still in business. I was told to go thru the drive thru then told at the speaker to drive thru to the window to order. Sat for long enough to order online and after all that asked me at the window if I had a pick up order. I told her I just finished ordering online since they were not taking my order at the window and she said “ok… so!” Then the smash burger was a basic double cheeseburger for $7 and tasted like crap. The turtle truffle blast had a couple chunks and a whole cup of ice cream…..NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK!!!! I don’t like burger King and would rather go there next time just down the street.

It was scary parking out behind the building with a dark open field out behind us. Their milk shake was so light in weigh. Very foamy and tasteless. Way over pticed for what we got.

Do not I repeat do not go to the Sonic not only is the manager in the Boss super unprofessional and rude, but they refuse to give you your food after you pay for it just because their end doesn’t show that you paid for it even though yours does and it fully came out of your account, I am a broke college student. I do not have a lot of money and I simply just wanted food. The manager and boss of the store are ungodly, unprofessional, super rude, and were cussing and hung up on me while I was being kind and just asking for the food that I paid for they then disconnected their phone lines just so I couldn’t call back eventually they did reconnect them and I called back and let them hear it. This is ridiculous

Honestly not that good. Their food isn’t really that good. Their services definitely needs work its slow and they usually mess up at least one item causing you to have to wait longer even though they aren’t busy. One good thing is their shakes. They are open late so if you need good at midnight they are available but there are better options.

Terrible customer service. Lady was rude and clearly overwhelmed. They need more people or need to replace the ones that actually work there. Drive in never open. They’ll make you wait 10 min after pushing the red button and tell you to go through the drive through. Which they take 20 min (I was literally sitting here for 25 min) just to get my order wrong. Come on guys

Meh, haven’t been to Sonic in 5+ years probably will be just as long again… Tots were barely warm, nothing special about the chicken sandwich, it was dry. I did ask for a ranch which they forgot to put in the bag. Wondering if they included it, if it would have saved the food and review?

I had a really disappointing experience at Sonic today. My burger came out cold, poorly made, and looked very unappealing. To make things worse, one of my burgers was packaged sideways, so when I picked it up it was completely smushed and ended up falling apart onto the floor — a total waste. The croissant bites were cold and absolutely not worth the $1.99 for four ridiculously small pieces. I spent $33.00 on this order, and it honestly felt like I threw my money away. For the price, I expected fresh, decent food, but instead I got cold, sloppy, and unappetizing meals. Complete waste of time and money

Walked over from Pilot Fuels for something cold and yummy.. what I got was a $7 liquidized shake (that was supposed to be a Strawberry Cheesecake) that had no fruit in it!
