Love the experience here, i never been before and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. I loved the individual drive up kiosks, the food was great, and the service was excellent and speedy. It reminded me of those waters on roler skates, 10/10. The pickle slush is my recommendation. Get it with extra pickle, you won’t regret it if you like pickle products.

The service was very good. Once arrived and checked in, we received the food within minutes. However, we ordered the grilled-cheese BURGER, but DID NOT receive the BURGER. Kinda a little disappointed, but wasn’t worth the time going back for a replacement. In any event, hope the employees in the kitchen will be more diligent when fulfilling orders correctly.

I wish I can give zero stars. Drive thru order took like 15 minites and they compleltly messed up the burger. I don’t understand why they couldn’t take a fraction of a second and double check the order since it took so long anyway. Burger looked and smelled absolutely disgusting. I will not be going back. It’s a ripoff you’re paying money and they just give you whatever food they feel like.

The Grillo’s smash cheeseburger was surprisingly good with Grillo’s seasoning and pickles. The Grillo’s fries were okay the Gator tots were better. The Grillo’s slush with the pickle popping boba was delicious.

We drove a half an hour to this Sonic, just to try the pickle menu items. The pickle menu wasn’t visible, so we asked if they still had the pickle items and was told no. I looked online and saw the items on the menu so I used that to determine my order. The young lady came back on the speaker and I ordered the pickle fries and the pickle burger, but was brought out the wrong fries. The young lady that took the order and brought out my items was SO RUDE! And she made it seem as though it was an inconvenience to bring me out the correct fries. The burger was lacking, got cold very fast, and was quickly thrown together. Not very much ice in my cup and quickly melted, so my drink was warm within a few minutes. My husband was trying to use the card slot and it wasn’t reading the card properly and made his card freeze. He asked the young lady how to pay and she snapped and said, “With me!”… The absolute WORST customer service. I will never visit this location again.

Its my first time to come here .When i was young i cant afford burger and thats our dream to taste the patty of the meat thats why when i travel different country i tried different burgers I know the taste good or not .I travel far as long its good clean and cheerful Staffs .I love it and i give u five i⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ❤️ God bless u all Integrity and honesty is the best memories Why we want to go bck to buy ur foods.My son love it the fries mozzarella cheese the lemonade me i love the burger sonics and fries also the sauce .love it thank u for ur service keep up.ur good works God speed ❤️
