Went here because I had my dog with me and needed to eat in my car. The server was very friendly and helpful. The low score was for the food. My grilled sandwich was practically burnt and the food options include nothing healthy. The tater tots were good, that’s about all I enjoyed of my meal.

It would be great if they’d warm up the cheese sauce for the pretzel. Also, A LOT of the drive up order screen/box & audio are COMPLETELY broken. It gives it the feeling of “the hood”, especially when the lights are not working. If I have to drive up to three different stalls to place an order… I would have saved time & felt safer going somewhere else.

We stopped here on our way back home from Yosemite. Food was ok, not as good as other Sonics we have visited. They messed up 2 of our kids orders who asked for plain kids burgers. When we asked them if they could fix it the manager came out very rudly and told us that we should have requested that when we ordered.

Terrible service. If I could I would give -5 stars. Advertised chocolate Reeses blast was not made and when asked about it attendant JACQUELINE was extremely rude and told me they don’t make what’s advertised. She had a terrible attitude and refused to fix or acknowledge the blast.

Tried ordering 10:11p.m. And was told they thought I was pranking them and they thought I was a co worker, thanks for at least telling me after I had to gone thru 19min of clicking different kiosk to get an answer. when other people are flying thru the drive-thru. Me being a human that hasn’t eaten until walking to get food, and you sonic a big company “so called” not taking orders and only prioritizing drive-thru. TODAYS WORKERS NEED TO GET OUT of their head and open their eyes because this is ridiculous customer service. When at the end I get my order taken and all I came for was food. Thanks sonic
