Every time I order from this location I’m disappointed. I dont even know why I try at this point. I ordered 2 milkshakes, mozzarella sticks, and fries. I was given tots instead of fries. It’s literally not that hard. And then the app asks for a tip? Get out of here! Here’s a tip: take the time to double check orders before handing them to customers.

California state thinking about raising their minimum to $22 per hour , hell no they don’t provide essential service to earn it.

I read some of the reviews I guess it depends whos working that day. Emily was beyond outstanding. She was fast, so sweet and professional. I will return because of Emily. She makes the sonic experience top notch. The bacon burger was probably my second favorite burger of fast food burgers. The fries were hot and fresh. My drink had extra cherries. I did not even have to ask for napkins or ketchup they were already in my bag! A+ Sonic at Herndon and Fowler.

by far the worst place to get food from. aging equipment so they cant hear you properly and you spend 15 minutes waiting for them to send somebody out to take your order just for them to get it wrong and missing items. after waiting about half an hour just to get my food i had to get out of my car just to get a manager and sort out the problem. If you are thinking about eating here, dont.

We sat outside trying to order, and on Friday the 18th at 10:50pm the woman who was on shift was insanely rude. She couldn’t hear us ordering so we asked for our order multiple times, waited, and when we pressed the button a second time (having gotten no service for 4 minutes) she said “you guys can order or you can leave the parking lot.” Unbelievable. We told her we had been trying to order for 4 minutes and instead of apologizing for her horrible attitude she struggled still to understand our order and then took 17 minutes to deliver 2 milkshakes. The man who delivered our milkshakes was courteous, but the woman’s attitude left a horrible taste in our mouths so next time we’ll just go to in-n-out.

Went to Sonic this afternoon of 9/10/24 after 1pm. First I thought the place was closed so I drove to the window. I was met with someone that needs to make payments towards a personality. What is customer service. He was absent that day or lifetime. I ordered two beef hot dogs, mango lemonade and ice tea. Usually when you say thank you to someone they say you’re welcome. Not at this location. If this is the best in the interview I’ll stay away from this location. I only g to Sonic cuz my husband loves the mango lemonade. Not a problem for me to stay away. The best employee at this location is the older lady that’s an asset to this company.
