Stopped by first time. Waited and waited at drive thru no one there. Finally went to window, lady did not even look at us. Possibly short staffed? We finally drove iff. Saw 3 other cars drive off after us while we were at corner. Terrible.

1. This is a drive-in sonic. “DRIVE IN” Sonic. Drive-in is in the name. I don’t know what would compel you to rate this place low because they don’t offer “uber eats” or delivery. This is not uber eats sonic. Not delivery sonic. Have you ever been upset that a drive-in movie theater was unable to just send you a copy of the movie playing so that you can watch the movie from home? Judging by how some you review this place, I bet you have! It is very unfair to the owner and employees that this place is being rated down for that.
2. Park to order spots had giant bright, yellow cones that clearly indicated that the spots were out of order. I have no idea how anyone could miss them. Luckily, because of these covieniently placed bright and large cones in the middle of EVERY park to order spot, I did not waste any time parking in those spots and just took the drive-through.
3. Your resteraunt hours are fine. If people want resteraunt open 24/7, they can try a Dennies or move to Las Vegas.
4. Got the chicken sandwich with two drinks. Johnny was EXTREMELY nice and helped get the drinks right for us. Gave us the sauces we needed. Solid employee. Food was prepared in a timely manner given the amount of staff there. Drinks were delicious. Wish the staff here nothing but the best. I will definitely return.

This place is just okay. Had a chili cheese dog b/c I was craving it and it was on special. Good deal but too salty for me. One and done was enough. I have gotten their wraps which is okay. I would get them again if I need a quick snack and I was nearby.

No mobile order is the biggest issue. It’s manually disabled in the app. Also not on doordash or Uber eats. I’ve tried it in person as well and I think the pictures say it all. I’d also like to add that the ordering experience at this location is significantly worse than others. Likely massive training issues going on.

Service was not the best. In the drive thru we ordered 4 different drinks, they gave no drink holder. 3/4 leaked out the bottom all over our car. For our entire bag of food they gave 1 napkin.

Went into Atascadero sonic and there were people waiting for their orders for quite awhile. The staff seemed overwhelmed and poorly trained. My order was for two, simple cheese, fries and shake, I had a cheese and fries no drink. It took forever and they forgot my order as I was driving away. Is this the state of customer service? Fast food used to be an easy experience, this was more like standing in line at the post office.

Food wasn’t that good and the service wasn’t much better. I have had it before and really enjoyed it but this time wasn’t so pleased. Not to mention the prices are insane.

I had never been here before and it was a beautiful location! I went through the drive thru and the worker was super kind. The food was amazing and my slushie was superb. I was very happy coming here!!!!

This was the strangest dining experience we’ve ever had…!
The dining room was devoid of people and employees. Moreover, this room was the most sterile, odd place we’ve been in for any kind of food service!
A young man came out from the back to help use order, rather than using the kiosk, but after receiving our $60 order, every bit of it was wrong! Missing food and drinks. The food we did get for our family of 5 was wrong for each person. (Not like it was the wrong order, but each item was slightly off.) And no napkins.
The food itself was decent but ultimately, we will never be back.
Side Note: Later, we observed a Mom and Daughter ordering at the kiosk. At the checking out part, it had the audacity to ask for a tip! – FOR WHAT?! FOR WHO?!

Mozzarella sticks are delicious would recommend the Oreo shake and pretzel to everyone!! Staff is amazing
