I don’t like writing bad reviews, but this one seems necessary.

I ordered two burgers. Both were handed to me cold. Not warm – cold. When I brought this to their attention, the woman yelled at me, saying they were just made off the grill and were not definitely not cold. I mentioned that even the cheese was cold and she again yelled, saying they don’t melt the cheese. I understand that, but you’d think a fresh burger would be warm enough to melt it a little…

Twice, she said that she could make them again but I would have to wait. I agreed because they were inedible. There were no other cars waiting, so I’m not sure why she made it out like they were super busy and it was a huge inconvenience to remake them.

When they gave me the newly made burgers, one was still cold with firm cheese. The other was slathered in mayo (I asked for light..) so much so that it seemed like there were no onions. When I brought this to her attention, she yelled at me again, stating that she put them on herself, that they were on top and that they were finely chopped. She also lectured me, stating that Sonic doesn’t do slices of onion, they are only finely chopped. I looked again and found a few chunks of onion that were so large, I mistook them for lettuce.

Not being in the mood for getting yelled at a third time, I left with one cold burger and one soppy burger.

I hope that the lady working there has a better day.

Went Through the drive thru and ordered 3 sweet teas and 3 pretzels one order of jalapeno poppers. The lady over the speaker says sorry we don’t have pretzels is that fine. I was ok with it and ordered the grill cheese. When I got up to the window my total was 32.72 when I got home and pulled out the food I had 3 pretzels and jalapeno poppers. She charged me way to much for what I got. I paid with cash. Also I try to call the number and it’s not in service.

Service sucks and they were totally understaffed. They should invest in more people if they want to stay open and be successful. It was a bummer to have to wait there for 20 minutes to even take our order. And then another twenty minutes to even get our food and have them, just stand around, staring at us and then hiding away in the corner, acting like they don’t see us. I call that very unprofessional work atmosphere and attitude.

The manager Tiffany is the most rude person Iv ever met in the food industry she says “ what do you want”, when you come to the order speaker. When you get the the food window she looks greasy hair a mess like she slept in the store she says “want sauce” She can’t respect her customers enough to say complete full sentences she never smiles and Iv seen her yell or snap her fingers when talking to employees. This young lady had apologize to me for being slow and explain to me that it was only her second day, Tiffany had to yell at her snap your fingers at her and tell her to move faster. I was in no hurry I was not complaining for her to have done that get a better manager!

The outside of this place is nasty I should have known not to eat here my food was cold and hard. Very disappointed and wasted $25 dollars. Take your money somewhere else. Who ever owns this location needs to be fired. The signs were broken, the drive thur has holes in it and over all gross.

do yourself a FAVOR AND DONT GO HERE!

I used to like sonic but they suck now. this location can’t make a drink properly, they falsely advertise on their app and say one price but charge you differently, they cannot respond to customer complaints in a timely manner AND they dont even have a working phone number. what a joke.

also, you cannot even email anyone because their website is broken. I’ve contacted corporate twice and they keep hanging up on me. nothing will ever get done at this place. stay away.

Food is ok, there are too many hits and misses, unfortunately most are misses. I think they need to stick with their specialty, which is ice cream and drinks.
They’ve over priced their blasts. For two people, it is 16, almost 20 dollars. It’s still on thel one of “worth it,” but on the edge.

5/6/2025 around 2:30ish ordered a meal and noticed burger was cold, cheese wasn’t melted and everything thrown together. I advised the attendee and they in turned told the manager who came to window VERY RUDE and was yelling at me like I made the burger. Her unprofessionalism was uncalled for, and unnecessary. Even to the attendee by look on his face. The manager walked away and I was later given a new burger. I asked who was that and was told she was the manager. If this is how you treat your guest and who you have representing Sonic, then you’ve lost a customer. We all have bad days and that day was not easy for me. Good luck if you choose to go and I hope your experience was better than mine.
