We usually love sonic but this one plan on waiting 25 mins or more for your food. Never again are we going to this sonic!!! It’s constantly been on a down hill. Wish they could make it great again.. Never before have we had to ask for a refund until today…

The wait is always a long one. It sometimes takes staff several minutes to even acknowledge that you are in the drive thru to take your order. I’m not crazy about any of their hot food items, but the ice cream blasts are pretty good, if expensive.

I would not recommend going here, wether it be for a small snack, or a dinner for your family. The service was horrible, and the woman taking our order took over five minutes to actually ask us what we wanted. She also made snarky remarks as we ordered, and her whole entire shirt was stained with some type of tan substance. We waited over 20 minutes for two shakes, an iced tea, and a pretzel twist. Horrible wait times, horrible customer service, ect. I would honestly report the woman taking our order for her snarky comments, but unfortunately the workers at Sonic do not wear name tags. The food tastes absolutely atrocious as well. Do not go here for food.

Yeah Sonics but the staff is acting they don’t care about making the customer thankful. their isn’t much on the maintenance or creative when give. This is an expensive restaurant and I would like them to organize the menu and time.

Waited 25/30 min in line seemed like they didn’t even want to take my order when I finally get to the window the girl refuses to take my 100 saying I didn’t order enough so i asked her do half on card the rest cash she told me they don’t do that I asked to speak to manager she rudely told me she was the manager if she was the manager she definitely needs training how to treat people she refused my money so ended up wasting almost 30min to leave empty handed will never go to this place again

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Their drinks have no flavor and they don’t put lime or cherry in the signature cherry limeade. The parking lot is dirty and so is the equipment. I will never recommend hanford sonic.

We pulled into stall number 9 around 230pm. We placed an order and waited for 15-20 minutes with empty stalls and drive thru. Eventually my husband got out of the car because we needed to go pick up our son from school and was met halfway by an employee who literally told my husband that the ENTIRE staff forgot about us – no apology was offered, nothing. Our food wasn’t even warm.
