On January 19, I ordered a cherry limeade, and this is what I got. When Julian brought it out, I looked at it and asked him, “Where’s the ice?” The reason I ordered this drink is because of the ice, and he didn’t say anything back. I didn’t send it back because I never send anything I’ve ordered back unless they offer to remake it. Anyway, on January 22, I went back and ordered a Mango Slush since I figured they couldn’t screw that up. When I got there, it took them almost 15 minutes to bring it out to me. Then I showed him a picture of my drink from Monday, with barely any ice at all. He even said, “Where’s the ice?” So I asked if his manager was on duty, and he replied yes. I asked to talk to his manager to explain what happened. He left and came back in 10 minutes later and told me the manager said to bring me a cup of small ice. What was I supposed to do with that? The order was from Monday. Very unprofessional.
The first picture was taken right after I got it, with flash. The second picture was taken right when I got home. I only live 5 minutes from there.

Traveling Duo
We are charging our car, got excited about the sign that says to call and get the food delivered to us. Well, we called and got told the do not take food to the charges… we are les than 50ft away and they cannot come here? Why advertise it then?

We ordered ahead of time (2 hours ahead). When we got there with very little time to waste) food was not ready. Part of the order was ready after a 20 minute wait and I had to leave without part of the order although it was paid for. The “order ahead” is a joke. I still was late back to work even though I work 3 minutes away. The manager needs to get his/her act together. This is not the first time this happens, but the last time for me. Never counting on them or ordering again from this location.

Stopped for a quick snack. I had tater tots and my husband had something else. The food came out hot and the server was fantastic. He even suggested some things for when we return.

The food was great. The service was coo. It took around 15mins for my food to come out. Multiple broken screens so you have to find a working machine before you park. Pretty expensive as well.

The food was piping hot and the service was very quick. The french fries were some of the best , so hot and crispy. I had the chicken sandwich and my husband had a burger. Both were really tasty. The menu is extensive, so you will be able get something you like easily. Enjoy.

We like to go to Sonic but the last three times we’ve been there they’ve messed up the order and we’ve had to get it corrected either at the window or just eat what we brought home. Also, the last two double cheeseburgers I’ve gotten had burnt meat in them. The food is gone downhill it’s very sad because, again, we like Sonic.

So the owner reached out to me very quickly and said they take care of me. So I stopped by today and they gave me a free combo and one more double burger to come in the future. Food was much much better we’ll see how it is as time goes on. I have to say I’m very impressed about the owners quick response it shows He does care about what’s happening and the people at the restaurant Jennifer was very apologetic and did recognize me as being there a lot.

If you are going to Sonic to get one of their delicious foot long coneys , don’t waste your time or money. The dogs are over salty and the chili is nasty with no flavor. The only good thing was the cheese and onions. It’s not even a slight memory of the chili dogs they had in days gone by. I’ll never go back again after over 30 years of patronizing Sonic Drive-Ins.
