I come here about 2-3x a week. The servers and staff I’ve engaged with are absolutely wonderful. They’re very friendly! The problem is the drinks. It’s not consistent. One day the ice will be fine, the next time, there will be an inch floating at the top. Sometimes you can taste the lime, cherry or vanilla that’s added, sometimes you can’t. There may or may not be cherries added to the cherry limeades. Not sure if it’s just a lack of knowledge or a lack of effort, But I’d highly recommend some updated training just to make sure everybody’s on the same page and what the drinks taste like when they’re made properly. We are doing an Uber Eats order and this is the LOGEST fast food wait ever! We pulled up to the speaker, told them what order we were getting, and waited 10 minutes before getting to the window! Finally get to the window, they say they are making is now. Sit at the window in excess of 15 minutes for an online order that should have been done before getting to the window? I am baffled! They brought 5 other orders out for people behind us! Seems like they need some help getting orders out!

Servive is painfully slow. 24 minute wait for food after ordering. Tried the app, I still had to wait over 20 minutes. Today I made a point to not arrive during the lunch rush, stil took over 18 minutes.

I gave a great review 3 years ago. And wow what a let down. Cheese burger was cold, cheese not even melted. Took 5 mins before I was even ask to order, came out soon after. I have 30 mins for lunch and half it was waiting on food. but food was a waste of time and money. I will not be returning.

Three stars cuz service was very friendly and quick. It woulda been more stars but we got back to our hotel and there was no honey mustard for the popcorn chicken that we ordered. No ketchup for the tots. No marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. And the bbq popcorn chicken had hardly any sauce on it. Details matter and y’all did not do a good job

**Lacking a tray served at your parked vehicle,,makes you feel as if you just went through the Drive-Thru..!! bummer..!!
**No nearby convenient garbage can.
**Even though a credit card slot is provided at the Main Menu,,they take it away from you for your purchase …(not good)
**Not sure about rounding up to nearest dollar (as per Change (not received) at the bottom of your receipt)
Our bill came to $16.64,,,and at the bottom of the receipt it quoted “CHANGE $.36”..If that’s for an automatic tip,,we would have given MUCH MORE..!! {$hame $hame}

First time trying Sonic, and it was not very good. The fries were chewy…how and why? The burger was like chewing glue but somehow dry. The pickle slushie I found to be pretty tasty! The service was okay, not overly friendly but present. I expect more for 20 bucks on one meal at a burger joint. It’s was pretty disappointing. It’s not my cup of tea.
