We wanted to try this brand but there’s none close to us. When we finally had a chance while in Las Vegas we obviously took it. Ordering experience is new to us. Range of choices is fantastic. When comes to taste, it was quite disappointing.

I had an issue at this location with not receiving the correct amount for my side. I would just like to say Andrew the server was so amazing and kind and helpful. He was NOT at fault for the issue. The real problem was the general manager Dana. When I spoke to her she kept speaking over me and was rude and made it seem like it was a small issue and that she didn’t really care. I don’t care how small the issue was, if I spent my money then I want what I want and if I don’t get it I want my money back. Not a coupon for a small side. I would have been more willing to let it go if she wasn’t so rude! But once again thank you to Andrew for being so kind and helpful! He should be the manager instead!

Very slow at getting order. I ordered a small soda and a hamburger. It took over 20 minutes to get it. Casher didn’t even acknowledge me while I was waiting at the window. I think there was only one person working at the time because I didn’t see anyone else. Sonic you need to have a extra person at this location

I tired their smash burger on the deal. It’s really good regardless of the presentation of the burger-which I feel needs more attention, especially for the takeout orders-

This place is a hit and miss, the staff sometimes are good sometimes bad. But the customer service is non-existent. They really don’t know how to care for the customer.

Wish they would retrain their staff and really teach them good customer service, even if the food sucks, customer service is still a quality that can raise the visit to their restaurant.

Ordered our food on the app then went through the drive through to pick it up. We were waiting for 30 minutes in the line. I would have left well before but I had already prepaid. So finally after 30 minutes I was at the window but as it was we were going to be 6 minutes late to our appointment. He said our food was no where near being ready so I told him to cancel the order because we literally could not wait another minute. I doubt they will even cancel the order so then I will have to dispute it with my card company. There looked to be a lot of workers in there so I don’t know what the deal was. So I definitely do not recommend going there.

Poor service from Amber today. Started at the drive thru. I got back to work & noticed some green stringy thing was in my food. I called Sonic, Amber answered and I asked questions in reference to how the string thing got on my food. She was rude about it. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager won’t be in until 1pm.

Yes, believe all of the one star of views because this place is seriously gone downhill I used to rely on this place for a pretty decent quality breakfast food but it is become laughable at best.
