Ordered at 9pm foot long meal and chicken toaster sandwich. After ordering o press the button to tell them I want my food fresh and not cold or old like the last time I ordered. I received my food felt warm so I left. Arrived home and I ordered lg tater tots and they gave me a small order of fries. The chicken toaster was not fresh or hot it was medium warm. Cheese wasn’t even melted and the bread cold and hard. The bacon was barely warm. I took a bite and the sandwich tasted stale no taste. The footlong coney barely had chili and cheese. Just a horrible experience. I paid $19.49. Please reach out .. we eat love sonic but not this one.

Who can beat picking up your food in your car? I do love in ordering online and picking up my food. The servers that are there after 3:30 or always friendly and cordial when they bring out your food. Most of time I get my food promptly. I think the times that I have to wait is usually because there are app issues. The food is always hot. The drinks are always cold. I have no complaints when ordering food from here.

What their menu depicts and what you get are two very different products. On the menu the Sonic Blast with Heath is depicted with Heath bits blended throughout the ice cream…the reality is a teaspoon of Heath bits sprinkled on top of a cup of vanilla ice cream. No Heath bits anywhere else.

On 1/16/2026 we had waited in drive thru line for 20 min. When it was our turn to order they indicated us to hold for a second. We waited 5 min just to be directed to a stall. Her reason was they couldn’t serve us at the drive thru. They need to get this location under control. If you have a drive thru it’s for a reason. If I wanted to park and wait for my food then I would have done just that and not got in a drive thru line. I would have left if was not for my daughter. I will never come back here again. I rather drive 15 more than wait more than 40 min for 2 drinks. Disappointed!!!

I’m very disturbed by how my husband and I were treated in your drive thru in north Las Vegas location the gentleman Keshawn taking our order was rude. Yelling at us rushing us not even really listening to the order being placed. He kept cutting my husband off in the middle of the order so he had to keep repeating himself to Keshawn when my husband ended his order we were left waiting for confirmation to be able to proceed the window after about 6 minutes Keshawn steps out of the building to yell at us to ask if we were done with our order. I’m sorry but if you hate your job that much that’s your problem. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 20 years and I know what it’s like to deal with rude guests. But if you as the worker start the day initial greet like that?? No way will you ever enjoy working anywhere that deals with guest interaction.

I’ve been on a STRAWBERRY LEMONADE SLUSH CRAVING for a few months. The ones I get are okay! Some have real strawberry and some just flavoring. Last night, at the Sonic at 2120 E Craig Rd in Las Vegas Nv, I got the best damn slush I’ve had to date! DANNAY was the one who made it! It had real strawberry and lemon wedges! And I’ve been in North Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Henderson, Kingman AZ and Phoenix AZ and ordered the same drink. I called to tell the manager, Yessica, and she was so helpful! She said if I wanted fruit to order a LEMON BERRY SLUSH! To both of these ladies I wanted you to know I appreciate you! Thank you very much!

Drive thru line moves pretty quickly and rarely moves slow. Food is always on point and made correctly so I really dont mind waiting if neccessary.

Convenient location. I like the car hop order process when they bring food out. 2 areas of outside seating. There is even a walk up ordering machine in the outside eating area so you dont have to go inside if you are on a scooter, bike or on foot.

Just check out how they gave me a large order of fries , less than half the container! I ordered ahead and still had to wait for 30 minutes for one drink and one large fry. It was at no fault of the young lady serving us, as she was polite apologetic and running around with what was obviously poor management. Too bad the Decatur location is too far because they have better service all around.

My carhop Giordan made my experience amazing! I was short a few sauces and she ran inside and grabbed what I needed and made sure to have me double check my order before leaving to make sure we were satisfied ☺️ she had such a pleasant attitude!
