This Sonic used to be really good, but it’s gone downhill. I mostly come here for the ice cream now, but they rarely get my order right. Last time I asked for a strawberry cheesecake shake and got just a strawberry shake. Today I ordered the chocolate brownie chunk ice cream and only got chocolate. I’d rather they just tell me they don’t have it than make something different. The only one they’ve made right so far is the Oreo ice cream — so if you want to avoid disappointment, stick with that.

They are normally okay to me but this most recent trip, i ordered on the app and got a 6pk of mozzarella sticks and forgot to add ranch to my order so i asked for two and they said they have to charge me for them because they weren’t on the ticket manager wasn’t very nice about it. i showed her my receipt and pretty sure it was supposed to come with at least marinara sauce and didn’t get any. owners, is losing a customer worth the 0.54 cents?

This is an update to my previous review. I went back a week later and ordered a garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and it was done right. When they are prepared the right way they are delicious. I go there and order this 1 time per week. I will review again on my next trip there.

Ordered a 6.00 smasher deal.The window associate charged me for a 10.00 smasher instead.I questioned him about the difference in the prices.He was too busy on his phone to be concerned.Finally the manager (I believe) rectified the error. Got the order and LEFT NO APOLOGY,just a frown.POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS !!!

Sonic is normally great, but last week I ordered a chicken sandwich with no lettuce or mayo, it had both & the chicken was hard as a rock, I threw it away. Yesterday I ordered 2 super sonic bacon cheeseburgers with no lettuce, no mayo & add mustard. They did have no mayo & no lettuce with just a squirt of mustard as ordered. But they also had no onion & no pickles too!!!! Not what I ordered!!! Came home & put my own onion, pickles & more mustard. Not sure what is going on there now but their cook needs to learn how to read & follow instructions or the should get another cook!!! Not happy at this point.

The chicken is always over cooked!
Not extra crispy, but so overdone the little bit of chicken inside is tough and dry.. I don’t see how they feel comfortable even serving this… Burgers are a hit or miss, mosty miss. The coney has a sliver of chile on a stale bun. They always forget something on my order, even with a small one. Drinks are good…when they get them right…

Do not order door dash from them. Eating here at all you have about 50/50 shot they get your order right but if you order door dash it’s guaranteed you’ll be missing items or receive the wrong order entirely.

I ordered a garlic butter bacon cheese burger. What I received was an expensive dry cheese burger. Oh it had 1 small slice of bacon on it.
People check your order before you pull away. In the last 3 weeks I have gone there and ordered the same thing only one time did I actually receive a garlic butter bacon cheeseburger!!! I took two bites just to make sure it was JUST a cheeseburger. See photo.

Area was clean. The food though…burgers weren’t pink but they were soggy. I felt like I was eating wet burgers.
Customer service was good though.
