I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through line. when I finally was able to order, she talked to me in the most rudest voice. we waited in line for our food for another 20 minutes. while we were waiting, The same rude lady told us she was out of cheddar peppers. then gave us attitude while walking back. The person in front of us drove away in a fit of rage because his food was taking 20 minutes, just like ours. We finally pulled up to the drive-through waited another five minutes for our drinks. when she finally gave us our drinks, she basically threw the straws at me. The tater tots were salty. she forgot my child’s toy and the child’s tater tots We’re very salty and smashed. thank you, sonic for my childs tantrum and salty tater tots!

Sonic Corporation (or whoever made this decision) completely ruined the ordering experience here. They got rid of almost all the speakers, so now you can only use the app with stall numbers. The problem? When you actually try to check in with the stall number, the app tells you it’s an invalid number. So you’re just stuck sitting there with no way to check in, no way to get service, and no one to talk to. Whoever thought this was a good idea clearly doesn’t care about customer convenience. Absolutely frustrating and not worth the hassle.

Walk up and tried to order. I was told they would be right with me. They attended to 6 drive through cars and in that park after we got there before us. I ring the bell ask the hop that was outside if they would take our order. Told to wait again. Finally they get to me. Took so long too get the food now that there was no rise to attend might as well take their time.. not condiments offered, tots cold. Sad place.

I’m tired of this sonic. Lackluster service, mediocre food, long wait times. They only fill up sonic blasts 2/3 the way full. Save your money go literally anywhere else.

Good food, quick service. Love their breakfast burritos. Love a bacon cheeseburger with green chili. Enjoyed their iced coffee drinks. Always love hitting it at happy hour and getting a cherry limeade. I’ve been getting those since I was a child.

Absolutely not 9 feet of clearance! Completely scratched the top of my van and broke my brake light. Shame on this establishment for having misleading signs posted everywhere. When you are in a tall vehicle 9 feet of clearance is much different than 8 feet 3 inches. The owner should contact me and offer reimbursement for damages.

WORST SONIC EVER! I was craving some delicious burgers the other night me and my husband went and the lady that took our order was rude her name was SAMANTHA VERY DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE she needs to go she is making this business look bad the food was cold dry the party was very burnt! had to throw away my food ! Drove into a stall they took about 5 monitors to tell us the stalls were closed and we had to go to the drive thru. Then we ordered and got to the window and they said we were waiting on fresh fries and this is all the fries we got. They were not thrown in the bag we didn’t eat any on the way home. You can see a bit inside the bag that there’s no fries thrown. This is very annoying to get home to and not even find your fries thrown in the bag.
