Love the drinks but the food we got the other day was sad! Looked like it’s been sitting there for awhile.. def old, burnt, and much more.. the pic will speak for itself. Gravy was watery. We were very disappointed because that was our dinner. Most of the staff there needs to learn more people skills. I hate to complain but when you go and spend your hard earned money, you expect just a little more.

Went there for dinner, lady told us bluntly that stalls where closed, and to go through the drive through, food was good, they only take exact change, no card, no apple pay. Could be better, but overall, I was satisfied.

Drive through took almost half an hour to process 4 cars, we left before even getting to the window because we didn’t have that time to waste. They shouldn’t be so short staffed that people end up waiting half an hour to get 2 drinks. Unrelated to this, the website makes it as difficult as possible to leave feedback of any sort, so here I am.

Service at car hop was good but the stalls were quite dirty. The screens had sticker residue, food residue, and streaks of water had run through the dust behind the screen protectors.
Please, if you focus a bit more on cleanliness this Sonic location would improve its sales tremendously.

Food is okay, service is less than at this place. You can literally sit at one of the drive up stalls, press the button for service and wait endlessly and yet no one comes on to say anything or take the order. Understand this is a busy location, but good grief

I love Sonic but the service at this location is awful and the staff is the ridest food service employees ever! Placed a mobile order and they refused to bring the order out to the stall. And told me i had to go through the drive through which had 10 cars waiting to order. I asked fhem to cancel the order and she said over the intercom she would cancel it. Just to find out she lied and wasnt going to cancel it because you have to call in to cancel mobile orders. This location is ridiculous! Corporate needs to get involved and replace the management here

This place has really went to hell in the last few weeks. The Stalls haven’t been open and they will not serve mobile orders or doordash unless you go through the drive-thru. If you know any doordash drivers in Espanola tell them to reject all orders from this location and call support and let them know. And tell them to leave a review here.
