This place is very very slow!! A lot of pull in machines are not working which is the reason why I had to pull around to the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes after my expected pick up time for mobile order, I went that route to avoid the line but ended up in there regardless. Keep in mind that I had ordered this 20 minutes prior to my arrival! Then I recieve my food only to find that’s my fries are not filled enough and consisted of short crumb-like fries. Extremely displeased. Just fry another batch if you’re running that low

Where to start. My order showed up on the screen then as soon as I put in my debit card another order showed up and I paid for that order. Tried to explain to them and it took a few minutes to straighten it out. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT ITEMS.

Nice employees, good tator tots, and great blackberry cream slush!
-My reduction to a 4-star is because the bacon in the burrito consisted of full pieces rather than cut pieces mixed throughout the egg, just like the picture on the menu board showed for the sausage burrito.
-This is a matter of my personal taste only: I would have preferred the cheese to be shredded Mexican style or shredded cheddar instead of an American slice between the tortilla and egg.

When i had gotten back home to sit down and enjoy this meal, which only took 10 minutes to get home. It was COLD!!. Made me wonder if it was premade and it was just sitting there.

I’ve been ordering from this Sonic since 7th grade and ever since, no matter how many times nor how specific you are, I order “No Onions” and then halfway through eating it, THERES ONIONS HIDDEN INSIDE.

I appreciated how well the food was cooked. However, that’s as far as the line is drawn. I was thoroughly unimpressed with how my order was given to me.

The staff member was rather careless in handing my order to me. The drinks were overfilled and leaking. As the staff member handed me the drinks, they inadvertently splashed the contents onto and along the inside of my door as well as into my passenger seat.

I had to grab a spare “spill towel” that I keep in my car and wipe up the spill on my passenger seat. The staff member then went back inside, assuming to retrieve their phone, and make a phone call outdoors facing towards the old City Market AKA Basha’s.

I expect better customer service and not a Rez-Mannered style of customer service which involves a typical AND stereotypical Navajo “Rez” attitude. You’re no longer in the dark ages, get with modernity and serve customers with kindness, empathy, and proper attention.

It’s such an embarrassment that this attitude is as prevalent as it is across the Reservation. You’re dealing with ALL walks of life and that includes people of different nationalities, ethnicities, etc. And to be a “face” for such a negative and poorly educated attitude is unbecoming.

I fail to see any type of K’é or Hózhǫ́. Moreover, reeducated staff may be the answer to issues I encountered today. I am sure others have also had a similar unfortunate experience here at the Shiprock Sonic.

I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-through. Despite waiting for 10 minutes with a long line of cars behind me, no one took my order. When I pulled up to the window, the manager rudely told me I could order there because they hadn’t realized anyone was waiting, even though the line was clear. The manager had an attitude throughout the interaction, and they forgot my fries. When I mentioned it, I had to wait another 5 minutes, and the manager dismissively said, ‘I thought you didn’t want fries.’ Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Slow service. Atmosphere could be better. Food is always yummy. Most booths don’t work. They fill each cup up with ICE when u order a drink. 5% drink 95% ice.
