Well maintained and friendly service here I like that the faces are friendly and we can park wherever we want to enjoy our food they do the best they can to get it out to us in the timely manner and they still manage to make a good team working together

We got food here and it was really hard to enjoy it, got chicken strips that were thin,dry,bad tasting,and overly seasoned. Got a chicken sandwich which was mostly the same. Took two bites and it felt like it was two bites too much. Tots and fries were cold, stale and old tasting. Drinks were alright. Burger was semi okay. Honestly worst 40$ ever spent, very disappointed to get home and not really enjoy much of my meal that I spent so much on.

This day was very busy here and Victoria Montoya store manager and staff did outstanding job with their orders and attending costumers they all deserve a bonus. I recommend. We sat and ate and the drive thru was packed and moving fast. Good Job guys thank you

I had ordered a milkshake from here and my experience was terrible. The milkshake tasted like sour milk. I made a complaint being told someone would get back to me and I haven’t heard anything. I even followed up on my complaint and still haven’t heard anything. I finally called today, and was met with calling back tomorrow since no one could deal with the complaint on staff. I’m extremely disappointed.

we drove 10 minutes out of our way to avoid a closer sonic. we came about 30 minutes before close so my hopes weren’t too high but even despite this, the service was outstanding! the employee at the speaker box and at the window (unsure if they were the same person) were so kind and understanding. i hope management here understands how valuable it is to have employees with such amazing customer service skills.

I went today for a meal , the chicken and slush were great but something was definitely wrong with the Tater tots . They were rock hard and impossible to eat . So sadly had to be trashed . A few bucks wasted but other then that was great and staff was nice

So much for order ahead! Waited 20 minutes before I left and never got my food. I saw one customer switch from the stall to the already long drive thru too! More than likely not coming back.

Need to teach your employees how to be a little less rude , especially in Albuquerque, sooner or later they’re gonna get the wrong person… On top of that they hang out at the drive thru ask you to hold whole they talk for 20 minutes then rush you to order lol.

I had recently posted on this location about a month an a half ago, I would not have given it four stars. I contacted the manager for this location and had let them know what great improvement they had come from a month-and-a-half ago. This location became more better being organized, and keeping their name as a chain of fast food. Better services, happy
