I rarely ever post reviews because my patience with fast food establishments are above average considering I work within the industry. I went around 9:30 to get some drinks with my brother. It took the workers 10 minutes to move the line, which in some cases is understandable. We then finally get to the speaker and it took another 15 minutes to complete the order. I wouldn’t say the worker was rude but it was obvious she was new or not familiar with the menu. Our order was just three drinks. We finally get to the window, pay and wait another 10 minutes. I don’t say anything because I understand maybe the employees were short staffed. We then received our drinks with only two being correct, we sent it back and received something completely wrong from what was originally ordered. There needs to be better management and training within this location because I was in the drive thru a total time of 47 minutes. I watched six cars drive off because the inability to move the line. I’m sure the sales and reviews would improve as long as the mindset of customer service and getting to them in a timely manner is implemented. Do better.

Would’ve given zero stars if that was an option. Placed my order via the app. I arrived about 5 later than my scheduled pick up time. Checked in and waited over 10 minutes and nothing. Got down to check if my order was almost ready. Knocked many times and nothing. A crew member finally came to the door after I pounded on it, though she had already peeked and had seen me. Barely even let me get a word in as “only 2 people” were there. I requested a refund and she said “let me see if I can get a manager” and didn’t come back. I called the store about 6 times and no answer. Seems like I’ll have to go in to get a refund. Save your time and money people or at least spend it elsewhere where you’ll actually get good service and food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL.

Might be a biased review, I am Canadian and we don’t have any Sonics so I like to go here at least once every visit to the States.
The establishment was clean and well lit. The drive thru attendant was respectful and spoke clearly.
I got a Footlong Chili Cheese Dog with Chili Cheese Tots, a Rt. 44 Ocean Water light on the ice and a Frito Chili Cheese wrap with 5 Chicken Tenders on the side. All the food was warm, fresh and tasty!

This sonic is usually really good, but…my husband got the footlong coney meal with the large chile cheese tater tots and there was maybe a tablespoon of chile on the tots & dog, a sprinkle of cheese, no onions as requested, and the drinks only tasted like sprite (strawberry limeades). The Girl had to try five different stalls to get the debit card to work as they were all broken or malfunctioning. Not good at all that day.

When we first started going there the service was fast but the staff not as friendly. Now its just horrible. I always do a mobile order and the app almost never let’s me check in. (Not the employees fault) I show up about 10 minutes from ordering, we have to wait 5-10 minutes for them to answer the speaker and then wait a minimum of 20 minutes to get our order which is usually just drink and/or ice cream. Today they didn’t even bother to blend the ice cream.

I’m 3 months pregnant and I’ve gone to many burger restaurants and asked for a burger with no bun and they all take away the lettuce and tomato and sauce and I’m always so sad. Today Sonic did not disappoint I am super happy that they left on the dressing and the veggies!! It may look a little funky but it is exactly what I wanted and I am ecstatic!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

So I was ordering and another employee cut off the guy taking my order to say they don’t have minis and then let him finish. That was not okay. Disrespectful towards her coworker. Name is Anna I believe. She did not seem happy to be there. I left a tip and was hoping it would go to him not her. Waited for my order. Ordered a Oreo cookie blast and it was double cupped so I removed the second cup and there is a huge hole in the cup. Why not just replace the cup. Also ordered a cherry limeade and just received a cherry sprite, no limes no cherry.

I’ve been to 2 other Sonics in the area and they both got our drink orders wrong. I finally decided to try this spot and it did not disappoint!! They went above and beyond with my specialty drinks I ordered and never mess up a meal. Definitely will be going here from now on.

Everytime they mess up my husband order which is so simple plain cheese burger and they put everything in it but on the receipt it shows it correctly and they repeat it correctly so therefore I get home and nothing is made right even my onion ring were soggy I’ll be posting a video.
