I drive up, immediately I’m greeted by this young man. Ask my name and walks inside to save my order is ready. Five minutes go by, 10 minutes go by. By then I ask another lady who just clocked in. If she can take a look. Her partner is still parked in the vehicle next to me. Literally gets all sorts of different items brought to him before my order. Mind you he has not even ordered food. Then 20 minutes go by. Nothing after I’ve already tried waiting for another individual to come to my car. 25 minutes later. I am finally able to get my three drinks that I ordered online with that young kid who asked me at the very beginning sitting down talking to some friends while on the clock. This place is a real joke.

The girl who actually helped me. Poor thing was having to pick up all the slack from what the other workers were doing. I had to call her over to my car mind you I may have been a little bit upset. But in no way shape or form did I take it out on her. I just asked where my items were. She went in to the restaurant. Almost immediately walked right out. With half melted slushes……so what’s the point even hiring these kids if they don’t want to work?

Thanks sonic. Ordered a jumbo popcorn chicken. I got 3 pieces of chicken. WOW! Do not come here. Stay away, maybe they’ll correct the service or maybe they’ll just move on. Do better sonic….

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this Sonic drive-thru absolutely earned it.

We ordered ahead on the app and parked in the designated mobile pickup area, only to find out the app wouldn’t even let us check in. Already annoying, but it somehow got worse. We moved to a regular stall, pressed the button, and sat there for five full minutes with no response at all. No greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. At that point we had no choice but to go through the drive-thru just to finally speak to an actual human and get our food.

When we finally received our order, it was clear no one bothered to check it. We were given ZERO condiments, ZERO utensils, and ZERO napkins—which is especially frustrating since we specifically ordered extra condiments. On top of that, we didn’t receive any marinara sauce for our cheese sticks.

And speaking of the cheese sticks… they were absolutely awful. The breading tasted like it was barely cooked, and the cheese inside wasn’t melted at all. It felt like someone took a cheese stick straight out of the fridge, tossed it in lukewarm breading, and called it done. Completely inedible.

Between the broken app, being ignored at the stall, missing items, and terrible food quality, this was a total failure from start to finish. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time. I won’t be back to this location.

Hello I am a delivery driver who was denied use of this establishments bathroom. I explained I am there to pick up an order for their restaurant and because it was Christmas I had not been able to find a place to go and had hoped since I am literally doing a delivery for their restaurant I would be treated with some kind of humanity. The manager instead explained its a sanitation issue. Sir, denying paying customers and your delivery driver access to a bathroom is a health code violation! I should be able to go to any food establishment that I am delivering for and use their facility to at the very least wash my hands, hello?? Thanks for treating me like a dog!

Be prepared to wait upwards of a half hour at the drive thru. It can take more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the drive up areas, even after pushing the red button.

I don’t leave reviews often but this was the absolute worst Sonic experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I wanted to get something to drink and sweet treat for later in our evening but that did not happen. When we pulled up the drive-thru the worker was rude and took a while to even get our order. Once we got to the window they gave my boyfriend our order which was cheesecake master shake, M&M blast, a sprite and an ocean water. First off my boyfriend shake did not taste like a cheesecake it literally tastes like straight up cream cheese and some whip cream on top it was not sweet at all and was very sour. Second my M&M blast cup had a massive hole at the bottom and leaked all over my car, myself and my boyfriend it was a complete mess we had to toss it right away before even getting back in line due to it leaking absolutely everywhere in my car and us. When we got back in line which was less then 10 minutes we trying to explain our situation and asking if they could remake the blast and we did not mind paying for its again due to the fact that we did throw it away and didn’t have any proof that the cup was broken. We were met with a rude worker accusing us for wanting a free life cream and started to cuss at us when my boyfriend was again trying to explain the situation
and even said we threw it away here at store in the trash cans and that we did not mind paying for another ice cream. We ended leaving the this sonic due the rudeness and lack of customer service that was given to us. I totally understand we all have our bad days and are tired but to start cussing and accusing your customers is absolutely not okay to do i myself have worked in customer service and so has my boyfriend and we both said we have never treated our customers like that… if I could give this sonic zero stars I most definitely would, I will be not back at this location again as I did not appreciate the employees and their attitudes.

1 star because 2-3 employees for 20 spaces and 10 cars in the drive through obviously isn’t cutting it. Looks like a labor issue and not so much a customer service issue. Workers are people too and I don’t blame them for doing 1 persons job and not 5
