Do NOT waste your time or money. I love to get their drinks. However I have been sitting at the order pick up for 20 minutes!!! And the 2 people that were in line when I got here are still here, This isn’t the first time and now I remember why I haven’t been back. Lesson learned. App uninstalled.
Update–& I finally got my food 27 minutes later and everything was cold And almost all of the ice in my drink was melted.

Went to the Chino Valley location and was sadly disappointed. On the menu at the drive thru there is a sign advertising a $6 smash burger with fries and a drink. Ordered that and our total was suspiciously high. Opened our food and it was a #1, which explains the high price. We went back and explained only to be told it was in the app only. Why is it advertised on the menu at drive thru?? Nowhere on the sign does it state that. So we asked for a refund and they wanted the food back. None of it makes sense. The manager wouldn’t come out to talk to us, instead he sent a 16 yr old girl. Really disappointed on how we were treated for something that wasn’t our fault. If its app only why would u advertise it on the menu board at the drive thru?? Rude service by the manager. Even have a picture if the sign

OMG – I know its fast food, but this was really bad – and not just bad food, but blatantly negligent (and unsafe) service.
Ordered dinner for me, and ice cream for my family. Drove it home, opened it up…
I clearly got a corn dog they found under the counter or something – it’s shriveled, hard as a rock, and has a disgusting dark ring around the middle – the dog itself is PURPLE.
Also, they got the OTHER half of my dinner wrong – ordered tots, got fries.
Yikes, huge fail, Sonic. We just moved from another town in AZ, and Sonic was always pretty decent – this is just very, very bad.
And what sucks is I’m already home – I’m not driving back. Also, after getting sick bad service, I’d be earnestly worried about what retribution I might receive if I went back and complained.
This stinks – Chino Valley Sonic: you ruined my night.

Sometimes when people ask for something to be left off their food it’s because they are allergic. My companion asked for no onion, her burger was loaded with them. I asked for no lettuce nor tomato but extra onion. I got a few pieces of chopped lettuce and nothing else but burger and cheese. When a fast food meal costs more than $30, they are paying employees $15 an hour, you’d think they’d have some active listening going on. In this case it could’ve caused a medical emergency or even death. Also, napkins are a nice thing to provide.

One girl trying to to run the whole thing. Own should have at least two people. She was trying to keep up with on-line orders, drive up, ans walk upstairs. We saw 7 people walk up while we were there.

This is possibly the worst sonic on the planet. The last few times I went there it takes at least 10 minutes for anyone to even say hello through the drive-thru speaker. They are always out of everything. This time there was no chili, no slushes and no more butterfinger lol. The drive-thru girl was very nice but other than that this place is horrible.

Waited in drive thru for 12 minutes for someone to finally take our order for them to be out of pretty much everything. It’s always something with this Sonic in Chino Valley. Either out of food, poor service or really long wait times. Zero stars if I could.
