I ordered a burger, fries and a Coke and, good grief, it was awful. The burger had a funny taste. The fries were soaked in oil and came in a tiny little package marked “Medium”. I took a few bites of these Sonic Gut Grenades and threw the entire lot away.
But to give credit where credit is due, the Coke was OK.
And, if you want a hamburger, you have to order a cheeseburger and have them remove the cheese. Of course, you still pay the full cheeseburger price. What a nasty, obnoxious ripoff
Now comes the manager’s counter-comment about how I should have headed back to complain. Nope, sorry, you had your chance, you hooked it into the pond and I wouldn’t waste another second of my time with you.
I ain’t going back, that’s for sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These are the RUDEST workers I have ever encountered in the customer service industry. When I received my drink and asked her to remake it, the manager came over and pulled the lid off and stated “it looks fine” and refused to make the drink. Does this look like a slush you would want to drink?

We ordered a pick up at 1:50pm on the 13th of December. We had 4 shakes. An Oreo. No whip and extra. Mnm blast added chocolate brownie. Cheesecake and the turtle blast. When the young lady that was covered in tattoos. Her name says Courtney on the recipe. When she was handing us the drinks she called out chocolate. Cheesecake. Turtle. Oreo. So we were confused. Already by chocolate. Questioning if this was ours or not. Then she said says Oreo with whip and I said no whip. Extra Oreo. My friend who is pregnant ordered the mnm blast with extra brownie that was 80cents to add. Not ridiculous amount but still needing to pay for something as silly as adding a topping. She tried to say something but the lady walked away before asking if everything was good. We called her back and when we explained that the order was messed up she said she would figure it out. Came back and told us that one was wrong and that the chocolate Oreo is what I ordered. It didn’t seem to have any extra Oreo. It had a good inch of chocolate syrup on the bottom. My friend was given her blast re made and we are driving away and no extra brownie instead chocolate flakes in it. She is very upset. We only went to sonic cause she was craving this drink.

I went to sonic with my friends, trying to get fun drinks before going out. We all only got one drink, and there were 4 of us. The manager who was taking our order was very rude and blunt. I had to repeat my order 3 times before she put in the order, and still put it in wrong. After we all ordered, they came out with our drinks and i could immediately see that the order was wrong.They claimed I didn’t pay, even though I paid on the screen. After paying they came out with my correct drink. After that my friend got the wrong order so we had it sent back to be corrected. Seconds later a different waitress came out with the correct order, so we informed her that we think they were trying to give us the wrong drink since our friend got the correct order finally. The rude manager, we believe her name is Kloie, came out and yelled at us that she personally made the drinks and they were correct. We told her we must’ve gotten someone else’s order then because ours came out correct after the confusion, and she yelled at us that they couldn’t take the drink back because it was already in our hands. The service was awful and very upsetting and the manager was overly rude for no reason right off the bat. You should not be dealing with customers this way, especially when you are the manager and were in the wrong. Also the waitress bringing our orders was vaping right in front of us clearly not caring. I have never had such an issue with sonic before and this experience pissed me and my friends off. While my drink was what I ordered the service was not worth it.

Had medium groovy fries which the box was not full and fries tasted like they were sitting for a while. Cheesecake shake was mostly whipcream. They want me to pay for a cup of water along with my meal. Think I will pass in the future.

I try not to leave bad reviews unless they are really deserved. I am sorry but the employees they have working at this location are absolutely the rudest people. I tried contacting corporate to let them know about my bad experience and got no reply at all. As a fellow food service worker and owner I find this to be very unprofessional. If I ever had a bad review due to my employees being rude and unprofessional, it would be addressed right away to prevent it from happening again. I cannot say all the employees are rude but one in particular is Haley. She really needs some training on how to properly deal with customers and the right way to speak to them with respect or ahe should probably look for another job that does not involve working with customers. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon.

The burgers don’t seem to be as good as they used to be, and I don’t like this new trend in fast food where you have to ask for ketchup, salt, and even napkins. If you don’t ask , they won’t be included. I understand with prices soaring everyone is trying to save where they can, but come on! Most everyone uses ketchup on their fries. Most use salt. And for cripes sake, everyone needs napkins when eating burgers and fries!

This sonic used to be the only quick place for ice cream, but now it’s almost not worth it at all. Expectations vs Reality….more than half melted ice cream when given to you, a super long wait in a short line at the drive through. I think there was 1 Tbsp of cookie dough in my blast. I feel like it’s also a perfect example to see here of how customer service is dead in America. Super disappointed especially with increasing prices. Hoping someone comes up with a drive through ice cream place locally because they would do great!

I had placed a mobile order, but accidentally chose wrong location. I understand how frustrating that is for them. When calling to cancel the order and see if I could switch the location, they were absolutely no help. Told me they could not refund me or transfer the order. When asking for a manager they would not give me one. When I asked who the manager was and when he would be there , they told me they could not tell me . When I asked for a phone number to contact for help on the order, they could not provide me one. She was very rude and unhelpful. She told me there was nothing that she could do, and to figure it out on the app. I understand my situation was an inconvenience, but a little assistant or compassion would have been nice.
