It appears this Sonic has stopped accepting APP ordering, last two times I ended up in the buffering loop of death, I also noticed the stall numbers were removed so you couldn’t check in even if it was working. Sad. I’ve come here quite often over the years. The app was great, was easy to leave a tip without carrying cash. Probably won’t be back, who wants to push a red button that 100 other people have touched previously. Gross.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with everything except pickles. Got home and found 1 bun (the bottom) was burnt, a silver dollar size amount of Lettuce on it and a drip here and there of Mayo. Haven’t been here in a while, now I remember why. At least the onion rings were good..

Very clean. Waitress was very polite and happy and thanked me for the tip. My soda was at the end of the line and they fixed it very quickly and politely.

Always cordial workers to greet you. Although on my last visit there was an employee speaking to a guest who must have been a friend and he was obnoxiously loud and cursing and the guy in the vehicle was cursing as well and my young son was with me. I had to turn up my radio to drown it out. Then he was out there so long another employee who looked annoyed asked him to come back in and he waived her off and spent another 5 minutes out there.

I come/doordash to this Sonic by my house when I want it and one particular time I had a bad food order, (but it was due to me ordering something new and not liking it and the fries were a bit cold and not fresh) but every other time was a great experience. First off I called, ( how many fast food places answer now a days) and the manager Leona was very nice and very accommodating to my situation taking care of the issue promptly and with me in mind! She is the definition of what a manager looks like, someone who listens and takes care of the customer first! Also doing it without attitude or frustration because it wasn’t my fault! Great attitude and Great customer service from her! She deserves a raise!

Food was cold. Only stay 2 mins away. Wait time wasn’t long. Friendly service and food wasn’t sloppy. Just wasn’t hot or warm smh.

Had to repeat order several times-annoying. Found out they no longer have malt shakes-disappointing. Price of food does not equal the quality. I feel the service in food industry is declining. I feel the end is near for fast food restaurants everywhere or customers need to drastically reduce their expectations. Good Luck Sonic, I’ll just try to remember the good times we had.

Placed order on app got milkshake with Oreo and there was absolutely no Oreo- ok well 2 pcs but I paid for it and didn’t get much. Ordered a coffee same as I did 5 days prior and it was totally different tasting like nothing but choc syrup and they forgot the cream packets. Forgot the marinera for the moz sticks. But kid who delivered to our car was amazing super friendly! Check your order before you drive away
