SuperSonic double cheeseburger combo provides a good portion size. I mainly liked the crispiness of the onion rings over the sandwich.

We went to Sonic on Bell Road because my son’s school was holding a fund raising event. We arrived at about 5:15 on Wednesday evening, it was not particularly busy when I arrived. We placed an order for 3 cheeseburgers, which because my son has reactions to onions and my wife has a severe allergy to them, we ordered all with no onions. My son had a night class to attend, so we took the order to go. When he began eating his cheeseburger he realized that it had onions on it, so he stopped eating it. After checking mine, it also had onions. My wife’s didn’t have onions, but we ordered it without mayonnaise, and they put mayonnaise on it. When I returned to the restaurant the next morning Taylor was very helpful, but told me that after talking with the owner, that he was not able to make a refund, but could only give me a credit for a future purchase. With the quality of service that I received I have no future plans to visit this restaurant. He told me that the owner informed him that there is no way of refunding a receipt after the day of purchase.

It just really annoys me when you can obviously see that the bread is burnt. You can probably even smell the burnt bread in the kitchen. But, for some reason you still insist on giving it to your paying customers. So very disappointed. I used to visit this location often but the last several times I’ve been very disappointed. Lesson learned.

I love sonic. This one is just as good as any of them. Fast friendly and priced right. Cheeseburger, tater tots, and the obligatory cherry lime aid!

As if getting quality service and getting your order correct is that hard. My mom ordered popcorn chicken and the chicken was practically burnt and hard. My dad ordered an M&M Sonic Blast and they gave him Oreo and Reese’s Blasts instead. What am I supposed to do with that? They are far too sweet for me to eat. Thank you so much, Sonic, for listening to your customers. Never again.

Spent almost $15 on two Oreo blasts with extra Oreo. This is it folks, basically just vanilla ice cream with a little bit of Oreo on top. With these prices and poor quality, you’re better off going to Dairy Queen.

Ordered online. Drove for 9 minutes. Waited for another 9. They weren’t even busy. The 2nd star is because the car hop apologized. Not sure what’s going on in there but they don’t take online orders seriously until you’re standing in front of them. Notice all the empty spaces and empty drive thru
