In any establishment mistakes happen and I was charged twice and even though it was an honest mistake that could literally happen anywhere. Lesley a manager there took time to refund me and not only refund me the money that was over charged but she also was very polite and respectful in process. Even though it wasn’t an outrage amount. Love Sonic but the one on Avenue B always has problems with their app and with their online stuff. Or their slush machine will be broken or they won’t have ice cream. There’s always something wrong wish they could get it together.

Ordered a meal and they put Hot peppers on my food. They were so hot they made me sick. Went back and asked for a refund and they acted like I was bothering them and that it would be a hug hassle. I ended up leaving out of my money with food that I could not eat. Terrible service and experience.

I usually come to the sonic once a week and there’s never been any major problems. I come here During my lunch break, which is only an hour not counting any driving time, but since the sonic is right next-door, I always go here. Today I ordered at 6:20 PM. I got one limeade, and one small mozzarella stick. I usually typically wait 5 to 10 minutes, which I think is pretty standard. I work at a restaurant, so I always try to be very understanding to the staff, especially if it’s busy. It was decently busy after I ordered, but before I did, it definitely was slow and even when it was busy, it wasn’t anything crazy really. about five minutes after I ordered someone came up to my car with the wrong order and they said they got the wrong one my bad. Not a problem I wait for my turn then it’s 645. And I still have no order so I ring the red button and nobody answers it then at 6:55. Someone comes around with another order. I told him that isn’t mine but I ask if they can check on mine I tell them what I got and told him how long I’ve been waiting young woman that was working was very kind and told me she would figure it out for me and she apologized. Then about five minutes later, someone else comes around still doesn’t have the correct order. I tell this other girl what my order is as well. Then she comes back with a Piece of paper and ask for my order. I tell her and I honestly just wanted a refund at this point because I had to go back to my work and wouldn’t have time to enjoy my food or drink anyway then she comes back at 7:05 with my order apologized and told me it just wasn’t popping up on the screen. All of the young ladies that came to my car were very nice but this is kind of ridiculous. They said my order wasn’t popping up. Ask if I paid and I most definitely did as you can see on my credit card. This was ridiculous. she did end up, bringing my food back. But I didn’t even want at that point. I just wanted to refund so I can’t even eat it anyway. (Just realized I can’t add a photo)

I usually come here for my shake, today the car (in drive thru) came after us about 3-5 minutes and surprise they got there 3 shakes and other drinks before our 1 shake and when I got it the cap was broken so she did offer to fix it, dumping a lot of the shake out and all a small dolor of cream. WOW I have not really ever had this kind of lack of service. I can and probably will go to sonic on pacific. You really lost me.

There were four of us at Sonic, and we were the only customers in the drive-thru. Despite this, it took an unusually long time to receive our food. When we got home, we discovered that the food was burnt. Additionally, we observed employees using their personal cell phones while working, which came across as very unprofessional. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. We had not visited this location in almost a year, and after this visit, it will likely be a very long time before we return.
