I hadn’t been to a Sonic in a very long time & saw one on my way home the other night. I remembered how much I enjoyed their onion rings so I ordered a large and a double cheeseburger. It was more food than I realized but it was very good! However, the onion rings had a sweeter, vanilla flavored coating than I remembered, which didn’t set right with me. I’ll definitely go back but will probably skip the onion rings.

On Oct 31st I went to my local sonic here on Central in Avondale. Everybyear Sonic does $.50 corn dogs and everyone at work knew i was looking forward to getting my usual order of between 18-25. Anyhow, I only ordered 12 this year with some chili cheese tots and a large strawberry cheesecake shake. The associate when handing over the shake, I guess the lid came off and made the cup squish, ended up pouring the whole shake inside my car, all over my driver seat, all over me and my phone that was in my lap. The associate then said “oops” and about 4 minutes later asked if he should go get napkins for me. Then after I tried to clean up what I could off me and my seats said he would see if he ” could ask his manager if I could get another shake”. I have called the store location over 5 times now, called Sonic customer service over 6 times since Nov 1st, 2025 and still have not received a call back from anybody at Sonic. The last time I called the store, I was told they where aware of the incident and could not talk to me anymore about it since it was turned over to an insurance company apparently. I asked for the general manager of the store to contact me. Was told his name is Jorge, which i know am told is not the name of any manager there. Sonic is just giving me the run around, when all i want is my seat cleaned and my car to not smell like old milk now. Come on Sonic….do better

Ordered 2 JR cheeseburgers and 3 medium blasts through the app. Showed up to the location 5 minutes later. Checked in through the app. Within a few minutes a bell hop was coming out with my order. I immediately recognized that my blasts were the incorrect size. I asked the bell hop are these medium? She responded “no they are mini” I said I ordered medium. Bell hop copped an attitude and said “no you ordered mini. Check your receipt” to which I did and pointed out she was incorrect. Bell hop took my blasts back into the restaurant. After 20 minutes of waiting I got her attention by whistling. Bell hop came over to me aggressively saying to “never whistle at me again, and that the mistake they made was less important than what was going on” I asked to see a manager. I was responded too with more attitude. When the manager came out to resolve the issue; The manager had no idea what was the differentiating factor between my blasts, had no way of correcting the problem, and simply blamed the problem on a “new employee” horrible service. Horrible accountability. Horrible guest relations.

I had no lettuce on my smash burger.
Daughter ordered a bacon smash burger, no bacon no lettuce. When asked for them to correct it we got burger back with 2 maybe 2 inch long burnt pieces of bacon and still no lettuce. The bell hop spent most the time on her phone sucking down a drink. Very rude and absolutely no customer service.

The hot dogs were absolutely DISGUSTING. I added pictures with flash and without. They were a dark brown color and had a horrible taste I had to spit out the first bite. I bought my dog a corn dog and that one didn’t look bad but I didn’t end up giving it to her out of disgust. Looks like they left the weenies out in the sun and overnight and cooked them or got them out of the trash by the looks and taste of them. Do better please because at this point the Circle K hot dogs are more fresh.

We walked to the sonic cause its around the corner. Once we got our order and came home, my husband noticed there was NO MEAT in one of his burgers. He went back, and he came back, letting me know how unprofessional the manager was. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, nor did she say she’d speak to the cook. So we wont be spending another 30 bucks there ever again now.

Service was RUDE. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. I had a decent sized order and felt like I had to rush to get it out! And what else? and? Is that it? No courtesy whatsoever. Saving grace is the order came out hot and accurate.

after lastnights trip 4tots n drinks ‘manager’ emily was very disappointingly immature. after notifying her of the cold food that was given to me she and her partner manager thought laughing at me was appropriate.. wonder if they googled the answers to get their food handlers cards.. becareful of this location..

Came through to a stall around 12:30. The female that answered our call was rude and forceful. She stated things like “yeah I heard that, did you want anything else?” In a tone that was unwelcoming. She slammed the door when she saw us and was handing food out to another car. Idk what this locations deal is but this girl is losing your business some serious money with that attitude. Merry Christmas to that grinch! Hope you get her heart to grow.

Website and app showed a 10 o’clock closure. Showed up to pick up an online order at 930 and the girl told me they were closed. Even showed the app with the order confirmation, but was told they were going to cancel the order. This is ridiculous. They were still in the store, but decided to close 30 minutes early. I understand the holidays, I work them myself, but should have honored the hours listed.
