So normally I love getting drinks and food here but it took way too long was waiting like 30 mins to find out no unicorn horn for the unicorn drink. It was supposed to come with frist order it didn’t asked the guy about it he said give me a min didn’t get back so pushed button to see what was going on got someone thought they said something like it will be out soon waited another 10mins or so and asked for manager was no help she didn’t Apologize or tell me her name. She just blamed it on us, not claiming it even though the app said we claimed it and it was being combined. And we told her we told the first person who delivered our food and she said she was the only one answering orders. Even though we talk to someone else 10 minutes earlbefore. We finally got our drink. She’s refusing to take any kind of responsibility for any of the issues we had and couldn’t even bother tell us they were out of the unicorn horn. Choice, the main thing we’re gone there for.

Fast service good pricing and the best “groovy fries” in town. I will admit I’m not a fan of the name of the fries. But they taste awesome amazing and yes they do have grooves so they are indeed “groovy” ! The sonic person that brought me the food was fast and he was friendly and brought all the desired condiments I didn’t even have to request for them like I usually do! Good job young sir!!

I had my order took out by an employee named melanie and her attitude was very surprising. Not only was she very moody she was also super rude in taking my order and had no patience while i was ordering. Even though the customer service was horrible the food (combo #9) was very well made but the attitude that was displayed was very unprofessional and hopefully next time I’ll get someone else to take my order.

Service has gone downhill at this location. The last 2 orders have had missing items. Ordered the pretzel sticks, and they didn’t give us any cheese. The second order didn’t bring the 4 frys I had ordered. When I went back and got them, they tasted like they had not changed the fryer oil in a while. Update on 12-6. I really need to remember not to go to this location. Out of 3 blasts only one was full. Every other location I get them they are always to the top of the cup. Its worth driving an extra mile or 2 to get what you pay for. My last visit to this location.

I order a Mango slushy and the first one they gave me had no flavor it was all clear so I asked them nicely if I can get another one cause it tasted like noting and had no color so they take the cup back in and added mango flavor but seriously how rude they went over board. It looks like orange soda. I never seen my slushy look this dark! I will never come back to this location again and will be going back for refund !
