I order a Mango slushy and the first one they gave me had no flavor it was all clear so I asked them nicely if I can get another one cause it tasted like noting and had no color so they take the cup back in and added mango flavor but seriously how rude they went over board. It looks like orange soda. I never seen my slushy look this dark! I will never come back to this location again and will be going back for refund !

Worst service ever. I have been there multiple times and I would park, press the button and wait for at least 10-15 minutes for someone to take my order. Last time, is right now 03/20/2023 @ 5:10 P.M. I pressed the button, she would ask what my order is and when I tell her she disappears. She did the exact same thing 3 times in a row until she stopped even asking what my order is. I called their number and asked if they have an issue and explained that I’m by stall#17 and all she said was “no we don’t have have an issue in the system. Sorry.” And she literally dropped the call. I waited 2 more minutes before she finally came and took my order. WORST SERVICE EVER. This location used to be my favorite but now I’m never coming back to it.

Pulled up to stall #14 15 minutes before they closed tonight. Pushed the red button and waited for 8 minutes for someone to take my order. There were two other cars parked nearby, so clearly they were still serving around that time. We could see inside, two female employees standing around talking, one taking multiple drinks from her cup while wearing a headset. No one took our order so we backed out and drove over to the drive through and waited until 11pm when they supposedly closed. Never got service. We pulled around and could see two male employees inside as well. Standing around…so clearly they aren’t short staffed, they just refuse to serve customers. Won’t ever be returning here again. Was reading through the reviews and apparently this happens A LOT and clearly management doesn’t care and hasn’t done anything to fix this issue. If you don’t want your business to make money maybe just close it down and save people the time they have to wait to NOT BE SERVED.

Sonic used to be one of my favorite places. Sadly the quality has gotten really bad. I live 2 minutes away and when I got home my food was cold. For the cost I was not impressed. I will be crossing them off of my list of places to go.

The 2 female workers (one manager ) here are more interested in gawking at a car accident, might I add pointing and laughing at the people involved and yes there were injuries. Meanwhile myself and others are waiting for our orders. They continue running to the window to watch. I’d say this is highly unprofessional even for a fast food establishment. I would recommend some sort of disciplinary actions. This is distasteful. As I was finishing up typing in this the fire department shows up and now they’re all laughing. Despicable. This will most definitely be my first and last time visiting location. Your work and what you are paid for should take priority. A male employee named Jesus was the only one running orders. I also have a photo of these actions.

Drive through wasnt operating for some reason. Food came out wicked fast! Tater tots were crispy and the drinks were cold. I wish the milkshakes came with a thicker straw. Impossible to drink with those tiny straws…

If I could have give them zero stars, I would. First, she brought out my food and they forgot my drinks. Then my drinks come out barely with ice, mind you it’s supposed to be a slush. It tasted like water with A strawberry,just one strawberry. Then no ketchup or mustard even though it was requested on the app. Either get the machines and stuff together or shut the place down. On top of that they said they would take 10 minutes to make A NEW SLUSH CORRECTLY, imagine if you made it right the first time. BFFR!

Drove up to several spots pressed the button no response, worker literally looked at me and walked away when I tried to get her attention. Drove through the drive thru just to have no response yet again! Just wanted to get my kids a slushy… Not like I can order it myself here!
