Was just here tonight. Ordered 2 PLAIN CHEESE burgers, just for them to add everything on it. Then once I went back to get it fixed the girl working at the window tried to seem like we were lying, she barely checked the receipt. Brought it back just to have no cheese. Won’t be back at this location since all the employees seem incompetent. Kyra didn’t even bother to read off the food which you’re supposed to do as a carhop. They need better training and communication.

Took my order in the car in some shade. Cody took my order and I’ll just say the dudes energy was awesome and was professional the whole time. Came booking outside with my order and took off fast to get the next person who just pulled up to order. People like him in the fast food industry are awesome.

I visited the Sonic located at 630 W Elliot Road in Tempe on a Thursday afternoon around 12:30 p.m. To say this dining experience was a disappointment would be an understatement. I ordered the medium sized Crispy Chicken Sandwich combo with Tots and the total was $11.12. The wait for them to prepare my meal was probably a touch under 10 minutes. When my food was brought to me, I was shocked to see that the mint that Sonic gives their customers has shrunk in size dramatically. I have no basis of comparison between the old mint and what they serve now, but it seems like the old mint was about the size of a quarter and now, their mint can hide behind a penny. When I looked inside the bag and saw the chicken sandwich, I asked myself, “Where’s the rest of it?” This thing was tiny, like the size of a biscuit sandwich that I’ve ordered for breakfast at other restaurants. After biting into the Chicken Sandwich, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the bun was burnt so badly that the whole bun was dry and crispy, and not soft like bread should be. The tots were good. They were crispy and not overcooked. Really, the tots and the Coca-Cola were the only aspects of this meal that was not an utter letdown.

Absolutely horrible! I was the only one at a drive-up station, but waited at least 20 minutes for a person to acknowledge my presence despite my pushing the button 4 times (~ every 5 minutes after no response).
The food was dry, stale, & bland, i.e., terrible, & did NOT include the condiments I requested.
The lady on the intercom was rude & defiant when I asked why it took so long to answer the buzzer. No reason was provided. She just asked whether or not I wanted to order something.
The girl who delivered the food had to go back for something. I don’t remember what it was. I felt sorry for her & gave her a generous tip even though carrying a bag out to my car & handing it to me through the window didn’t comprise much “table service.”

Y’all gotta start paying attention and stop acting like it’s so difficult to add flavoring into a drink which an empty drive thru. Made the mistake of giving y’all’s location the benefit of the doubt after having plastic in my last drink and now y’all can’t even get an order right. Not only that but if customers are calling to complain about your poor service you problem shouldn’t yell for your coworkers to ignore the phone .

No direction provided when picking up mobile online order. Sat waiting for 30 minutes for order after checking in. Was never told to go to the drive thru and apparently they expect you to know when it’s time to go through the drive thru…horrible service, cold food, waste of time.

I don’t come here for food as everytime I eat here I get hella sick But the one thing that’s always reliable here is the Ocean Water.
The staff here is hit or miss . Always seem to act like they have a gun against their heads to be at work and lowkey hostile. It’s almost uncomfortable coming here at anytime of the day. I live super close by and frequent this location twice a week at all different times.
Management and staff just need a pow-wow meeting or a clear house situation. This has been an issue for quite some time.
I’m still shocked I buy drinks here so often and deal with the horrible service lol. COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS SONIC THAT THE OCEAN WATER DRINK IS SUPER GOOD.

Don’t waste your time coming here after 6pm. They don’t care and have attitudes when you want fresh items. They gave us stale cold fries and a rock hard pretzel.

Takes forever to get and take your order. When you get the order it’s either wrong or missing something. No one is happy to be there. I’ve had to ask the sever for Condiments every time even when they had it on the tray.
Don’t waste your time. Sonic is a failing company at this point. Even the website on the recipe for feedback doesn’t exist.

I wish I could say I was able to get food, but the experience was very disappointing. The drive-thru was closed with no signage, and after an employee even poked their head out the window and made eye contact, we were given no instruction at all. No apology, no direction, nothing. We sat there for several minutes while employees just watched. I understand it’s a Sonic, but I didn’t expect the service to be this careless.
