I ordered French toast sticks (they were all stuck together), 4 slices of bacon (got about 2 slices with for $6) and cheddar groovy fries (were cold and wiggly not crisp what so ever). This is like the worst Sonic for food! Also, I was not given a receipt with my food!

The girl with pink hair has issues, i tried ordering an all american hot dog and drinks but th3 girl had me repeat the order 4 times after the 4th she didnt even respond and just stayed silent. We drove off and while passing the window she was on her phone slouched over.

Sooo tired of this place. The drinks are the only reason I ever waste my money here. Today is the very last time. Order missing food and they cant be bothered to answer their phone to let them know. Its out of hand. The chili cheese tots have hardly any tots or chili in them anymore. No wonder they have such bad reviews. Id be genuinely embarrassed to work here.

This place is legit! The ice cream blasts are next level; they really add-in a lot of mixins. The service is nice and the meals are served quickly. The location is in a rough area but still safe. The parking is abundant and there are some nice outdoor tables. The prices are a little high, but that is because of inflation. The pups cups do cost $.50 I guess, but they give you a lot of whip cream.

It’s been years since I’ve been to Sonic, and boy was I impressed. The menu has a lot of variety. The prices are great. The service is fast and friendly. The Butterfinger Blast was insanely delicious on a hot Phoenix summer night. The ice cream was smooth and almost like homemade. They did not skimp on Butterfinger. I certainly will be back and can’t wait to try some of the other options.

Worst sonic I have ever been to and I love sonic. So sad, they were not even busy and it still took 20 minutes to get us our food and then it was the wrong order completely. They gave our order to someone else so then it took another 20 minutes to get our breakfast burritos. Yeah thats what we had that took that long breakfast burritos. And then once we finally got them they were full of black grease. It tasted like they hadn’t cleaned the grill or something. So our food took 40 minutes and then it was nasty and we couldn’t eat it. And used to, atleast where I’m from, if they don’t have your order out to you quick then you get a card from the manager with something free or a discount or something, but did we get anything for this experience? Nope, not even an apology. We will not be returning to that sonic!

I just ordered thru your online app , well when I got home I saw I was given a cookies and crème blast instead of the reeeses blast, and then for my strawberry cheesecake crème cooler it did not come with ANY strawberries nor did it have any graham cracker crumbs. I am Very disappointed. I even called this location that I ordered it from and they told me if I didn’t already eat it they can switch it out but If I ate from it then they can’t , which how was I suppose to know I got the wrong blast without trying it , considering it’s in a styrofoam cup?? just disappointed the order was so wrong . The only thing that was good was the free chicken bites because they were hot and fresh , that’s it .

If I could give -5 I would. I contacted corporate Thursday the 5th and was suppose to get call back from manager. 4 days later and still no reply. While we were there we asked for a combo with fries (gross! Suppose to be everything in it. Just mayo and lettuce and no cheese, 3 piece finger strips (this was a joke, so little it fit inside my petite palm. $6.39?) The guy, Christopher, taking order didn’t listen we repeated it twice, then we asked to repeat the order and still got it wrong. We had to “argue” to get the fries we ordered because the gentleman taking order still did not or add them to the order. When we asked to speak to a manager and they stated no one was there. We will NOT be coming back as the “supervisor” was ok sending us out the door with these expensive nuggets. Disgusting we threw all the food away.

Late night order. Ordered an OceanWater lemonade. It was definitely NOT an ocean water lemonade. Tasted like iced tea with blue raspberry syrup?? It looked correct but person it was for was definitely very unhappy with whatever this drink was;( The blood orange red bull thing was awesome, tho 😉

First and only time we will ever order from Sonic. App wouldn’t check-in with location turned off and doesn’t work when loc is on, as hubby went to get the order (so my phone wasn’t there and it wouldn’t allow check-in). 2 orders of the caramel bites weren’t included in the order and rather than just refund us the difference, the loc said we had to drive back or use the chat in the app for a refund. We couldn’t drive back and requested a refund for what we didn’t get. Fast forward to the app now. The app people also said they couldn’t help with a partial refund. They were happy to take ALL money, yet when the order was messed up, WE had to pay for THEIR mistake? We didn’t get what we paid for and they refused to refund, so dispute is incoming. I don’t know how businesses like this stay open. We certainly won’t be going back (food was nothing to write home about and not enjoyable due to the stress this special treat for the family caused).
