By far the worst sonic we’ve been too. Every time we’ve gone its over a 20min wait. Half the terminals dont work and the ones that do wont take your card to pay. Ultimate meat and cheese Burrito was a third the size it normally is for the same price. Just laughable and disappointing

Came here to celebrate after my sons championship game. Girl who took my order was very impatient about answering a simple question, if the strawberry added was real strawberry or syrup. She replied saying that’s the only strawberry they had not specifying. So I asked again just to make sure and she exhaled deeply over the intercom with frustration. Made me feel really uncomfortable so I left and honestly don’t care to go back to the location again.

Ordered food, app glitched and removed part of order. Did second order to get other items. App recognized that there were multiple orders. Service then did not bring out second order. After changing stations and checking in food was received cold. After asking for order to be remade only burger was remade and service member refused to remake onion rings.

I ordered the 1/4 pound Coney. Probably one of the worst chili dogs I ever had. The bun was soggy. The chili and hot dog had very little flavor- zero spicy taste.

Blonde working the window there on 11/11/25 at 10:30 needs to not work for customer service. She was very rude and eager to close the window. We didn’t even get all of our order! Because of her lack of communication!

Sonic 10060 East Southern Avenue, Mesa AZ. Ordered online, tipped in advance, tried to call the store, because we never received confirmation, but the line was busy, and stayed busy for over 30 minutes. Finally just went and picked up food. It was not busy at all, and there was no reason the phone should have been out of service. Got the order, went home, and the burgers had no bacon…even though we added bacon on the online order. The receipt had “add bacon”, we were charged for it, but didn’t get it. Called the store to let them know…and the phone was STILL busy…for the ENTIRE NIGHT…never got through in the 2 hours between our order and when they closed! First time I have eaten at Sonic in over 5 years…It will probably be another 5 years until I try it again now…so sad Sonic used to be my favorite!

Just left this location. The customer service was abysmal. Food was overpriced and not very good. I suggest the whataburger over this dump.

Absolutely horrible. It’s a hundred and five degrees out and I just ordered a strawberry shake. The girl made me a vanilla shake and when I sent it back because I ordered a strawberry one it came back the consistency of thick milk. I put through the drive-thru and into a stall to order and told them I wanted a refund or a strawberry shake. They brought me a strawberry shake that was at least pink, only thinner. I honestly think they remix the same one twice. I go to Sonics all over Arizona because I travel with my job and I will never ever come back to this one. Most horrible experience ever!
