Worst Sonic I have been ever been to. Food is so disgusting. It looks like it’s been sitting out all day, the chicken strips look old. Food was cold and tasted like it was going to give us food poisoning. Just by looking at would make anyone sick. My total came out to $43.61.

I’ve visited this sonic location 1x and have yet to return. Not because of any bad reason though, this location provided excellent, fast quality service. The food arrived fresh and hot and in a timely manner. I’d recommend this location as a go to for a quick ans tasty bite!!!

I was craving a cherry limeade. It wàs good, as usual, although, I do have to say that I had to take the limes out of my drink because that were very tart and it overpowered the drink. Besides that, everything was great.

The one star is for the Big Red.. food was as if it were fried in century old oil! Chicken bites were dark fried rocks. Went to Sonic to get thier 2 for 1 smash burger. Lady informs me its only available on thier app. So I then spent 5 minutes in the parking lot setting the app up and putting in my order. Pull into drive in and the lady informed me they didn’t get my order. Very frustrating as my hunger was getting intense. Maybe it was me or the app but very disappointed

First of all every time I order a Big Red the cup is only filled about 3/4 of the way. Seems like employees only fill until the foam hits the top of the cup then puts the lid on it. Once the foam dissipates the Route 44 I ordered is reduced to what seems equivalent to a large. Sounds like I should’ve learned my lesson by now to check before driving off since this has happened about half a dozen times now, but in all fairness it shouldn’t be my job as a paying customer to check these kinds of things. Now having said that, referring to the picture, when someone orders popcorn chicken they should expect to get popcorn chicken and not fry bits. The biggest piece of popcorn chicken I recieved was about the size of a quarter. Granted when I ordered these it was about 30 minutes until closing time, but regardless of what time the restaurant closes I don’t think this is a prime example of customer service. Personally, I would not have served these pieces of fried batter to a paying customer but I guess this particular store does not implement exceptional customer service standards. I am very dissatisfied with this restaurant. Oh and also the sauce in the picture is from Arby’s. I had to use what I had in the pantry since I wasn’t offered any sauce. Thank goodness for Arby’s.

Ok my husband just picked up chicken strips for us.. I wish he would of looked at them before he got home.. the chicken strips were terrible so dry and over fried and burnt, so very disappointed we will not go here again
