They messed up my order. I had to repeat myself numerous times for them to even get my order in the drive thru. Maybe they had equipment problems or were having a bad day. I hope others have a better experience.

I ordered 4 things. They made me wait way too long and served the people behind me and then made us wait longer. When we asked why we had to wait longer than the people behind us, she said “They ordered less”. But we did not. They then told us “We also accidentally threw out your receipt after we have you yours”. This was the manager speaking to us by the way. I don’t appreciate being lied to and I don’t appreciate waiting for only 4 things. Very disappointing.

Got order wrong, I asked for my burger to not have vegetables and when I get home full of vegetables, called to let them know about it and not even an apology. Them the expect me to come back with the burger for them to replace it. I asked I want the burger with only cheese, mayo, mustard and ketchup. The worst part of this is not even an apology for their error. Sonic do better!!!!

So I was looking on the website and it was showing their specials. when I got to the drive-through, I tried to order the special. The drive-through female was saying it was only an online order. so I ordered online with the mobile app. Meanwhile, she’s trying to tell me to go park in one of the stalls, however, there was nobody behind me.
She was very rude and unprofessional!!! Sonic really needs to hire better staff, they need to look to hire better service for customers!!!

Tonight I experienced the worst food quality and customer service. I don’t write reviews but I feel the need to tonight. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo for my toddler. While the staff was laughing at me, he handed me the smallest and hard like a rock sandwich. I literally cracked a piece of the dry chicken patty off. I was wondering why the staff was laughing at me as he handed me the bag but when I got home and unwrapped the sandwich I realized why. I didn’t feed it to my daughter obviously. But it makes me disappointed that they (Sonic) got my full payment for the combo which was $12+ bucks and I had to throw away the food. Not a good feeling being a parent just trying to feed their daughter. No worries though, I made her some food at home.

Went to sonic around 6:50 am this Saturday morning. The woman at the window had brown hair and glasses and looked like she hadn’t showered for the day. The uniform shirt she was wearing was filthy and there was no way it could have gotten that way with just an hr of the restaurant opening.
The worst part was her letting me know I could not have more salsa . I even said I paid for it she told me no and pulled out a laminated sheet letting me know only 2 per item. Smh got home to bite into my burrito to get a mouth full of tortilla in every bite. Message to the owner , hire someone who will care about you customers. We spend about $150 a week on your restaurant . I will never go back over 2 salsa packs I was willing to pay for. Good job.

Drive thru service stinks. If you are out of cups, offer an alternate.
Give me a total. Don’t just say “pull forward ” with the enthusiasm of a rock.

Give some sign that you have some kind of energy in your body.

This is a good place to stop for lunch, food has been fresh, hot and delicious every time I have eaten here. They are right off the hwy easy access, good price, fries are always crispy and hot. Burgers are really good , fresh condiments, fast friendly service. Plenty of parking.

I ordered a route 44 coke and a jr burger, they put way to much ice in my drink. I guess everyone around that sonic likes ice or something.
