I usually don’t have bad things to say about places… however my experience here was rough. Javon who took our order was very much not happy to be working (fair it was late and I’ve worked fast food before so I know it’s not dandy 100% of the time) however he was extremely unprofessional. When we ordered he was upset over everything we wanted. When he messed up our drink order and I tried to ask him to fix it he told me to just pay and when they brought us the wrong drinks and I returned them they were super upset. I’m not trying to hate on the workers because I too have worked food before. However they were just plain disrespectful and unprofessional.

Bad Review
I just had one of the worst experiences with Sonic Provo. The fries were insanely salty, the burger was covered in so much salty cheese that it was honestly disgusting, and I could barely taste the patties at all. The whole meal was a disappointment.
To make things worse, the Uber driver added even more frustration. He refused to get out of his car and didn’t hand over the order at the pick up spot. Just lazy service all around.
Definitely not worth the money — super disappointing experience.

I just got some food here today with 3 sauces and 2 of the sauces were opened when I got them. This is not safe and shouldn’t ever happen. The food was alright but it definitely worried me to eat it considering the rest.

Went to get the free corn dog from the starving student card and a burger. Showed them the starving student card and asked “can I get some fry sauce with my food” dude working went off about how they don’t give sauce with free food. Which would have been fine if I hadn’t also bought a burger and fries. I said I wanted it for the food I paid for. He said he didn’t care and threatened to call the police. Took my food and won’t be returning.

My fiancée has told me about sonic for a long time. To be honest, I didn’t quite believe the hype (she made it pretty unbelievable) But it was actually really good! I’m a big fan of the mozzarella sticks, and the Oreo shake. Will be back soon! Plus they gave us coupons

I don’t reccommend going in the evening or night. The chef’s will always mess up your burger. I have had to check and ask about my burger 2 times before till they made it right. This is about my 4th (could be more) wrongly made order just in the last month. The Sonic in Orem is Great though if you make it before they close.
Next day I cant even order in the app cause it signed me out for no reason and then when I try to sign back in a web browser page is launched and then does nothing. They don’t want business then so be it. Its no wonder sonic is going out of business.

Pulled in and pressed the button to order. They said “we’ll be back with you in a moment”. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I pressed again, and no answer, the button press got deactivated. After somewhere around 20 minutes of pressing the button periodically and getting no response, I just downloaded the app. There were only 2 other cars in the stalls when I first tried to order. Seemed like they also got frustrated and walked up to the windows to order.

Just waited for 25 minutes for a single medium sonic blast, have been to this location many times and the food is always good, but the wait times are ridiculous when you can look in the front windows and see several employees not working. Disappointed in the service I received and hope it can be improved in The future.
