Hello,

On March 7th around 11:50 PM, I placed an online order and received French toast sticks. After I drove off and parked to eat, I realized there was no syrup in the bag.

I went back through the drive-thru and asked for syrup. At first there was no response, so I said hello again. The employee then told me that he had already given it to me. I explained that I had zero syrup in my bag and simply asked if I could get one. He then said he would have to charge me for it.

I told him I never received syrup in the first place and had no reason to lie about something like that. Eventually he asked me to pull around and came outside to give me one. I mentioned that it shouldn’t have been that difficult just to get a syrup packet, and he said he wasn’t arguing with me.

Honestly, I don’t think anyone should have to argue with an employee over a syrup packet they never received. I come to this location regularly, usually once or twice a week, and I’ve never had an interaction like this before.

I would appreciate it if someone from management could reach out to me regarding this situation.

I stopped there last night after doing some moving. I was starving but I also needed pebble ice.

They were so nice & allowed me to get the double bacon cheese burger on the Texas toast. I completely forgot to ask them to make the bacon extra crispy.

I got home to eat & oh my gosh it was delicious!!!!! Plus the bacon was crispy the way I like it without asking!!!!

My only regret is I should’ve got large tots instead of medium. But all in all it was super yummy plus I got a lot of much needed pebble ice!!!

The food is okay. But the worst part of this location is that they take FOREVER to bring food out. We ordered some shakes and it said that they would be ready at 8:49. We went in there 10 mins later and had to say something. Horrible service

The food is good. The employees are good and friendly, there are just too few of them. I have never liked the park & order idea in that to use the kiosk you have to be close to it which makes it extremely difficult for servers to deliver your food. Watch out for the craters in the drive thru lane.

Ordered in the app. To save money. Went to the sonic on 9000 s redwood rd. The app. Had my strawberry shake for 4.79, went up to the board and the same strawberry shake was 5.79, went up to the order board and the exact same shake was 6.79. Lesson learned, order from the app. To get the best price.

The person who was working the drive-thru tonight, I believe his name is Liam, deserves a raise! It was a busy night and it seemed like he was doing everything alone. He was kind, thanked me for waiting, and provided an explanation for the long wait time. He made a not so great situation, better with his great customer service! Thanks Liam!

I ordered a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger, a medium fry and a large chili cheese fry.
I got my order home and found 2 double cheese burgers a super small fry and a large chili cheese fry.
No bacon what so ever. And the burgers and Fry’s were ice cold. I can see them making a mistake if they were busy, but they were not busy at all.

While the food is great, their customer service is not the best. If it’s busy you’ll probably have a bad time. If it’s slow, be prepared to wait.

Update (9 months later): still no improvement. Not only did I have to remind them to bring me my shake, it wasn’t a rather small “large” and was hollow in the middle.
