Would rate zero stars if I could. The lady working the window at 10pm 3/4/26 was eating while taking our order and payment… After she took our payment, continued to eat and play on her phone. Like c’mon girl. I get you gotta eat but dang dont yall get breaks for that? Maybe change the oil in the fryers instead of playing on your phone because the chicken tenders we order weren’t edible and soaked in rancid grease lol.

If I could leave a zero stars I would. My 6 year old almost chipped a tooth with the fries. They were hard as if they sat for hours or they kept frying them. This is unacceptable! I get it I went late but man awful food and the drive thru girl was rude. I hope a manager takes this seriously because if my son complains about his tooth tomorrow I will contact the general manager. I will never buy “food” from here again!

The girl dlivering our food walked up eating her own food. This caused some confusion as I thought she was eating our food. Either way it was pretty gross to know she was eating over our meal. The next thing to notice was the root beer float overflowing to the point it was pouring down the side which made a mess in my car. Then to put a cherry on top the sundae didnt have a lid and couldn’t be set down anywhere either. She then promptly left without a way to rectify any of the above issues.

Shout out to Adrian! I’m very impressed with his professionalism. After placing an order on the app my daughter needed to go to the restroom. When we walked in he called me by name, apologized for the wait (it had been 6 minutes since our order was submitted, that’s not a wait imo) and said our food was coming right out. I’m sure these kids are used to people walking in to complain rather than to use the restroom. Good for him for knowing who I was, calling me by name, and immediately addressing a concern I didn’t have. 🙂 He even beat us to the car where my husband was waiting. Great job!

I thought I would treat myself to a Sonic crispy chicken sandwich. I hadn’t had one for for a couple of years. I ordered that with tater tots and a drink. I had to throw the drink away, it was disgusting. The sandwich was inedible. Hard dry “chicken” disc (it used to be a real chicken filet). The bun was hard and burned. And instead of tots, they gave me fries. Complete waste of time and money. I will not go back there.

My boyfriend and I just order the $6 meal deal from sonic. He bite into his cheeseburgers and then pulls out a piece of hair. Then I find a eyelash on my tator tot. Just a heads up, we haven’t been to sonic in a while. And I don’t think will be eating here again. If I could rate zero stars I would.

I’ve been here a few times but this was the first time going inside. Most Sonics are tiny inside but this was the first one I’ve been to where there were plenty of tables to sit at. Not only that but it was really nice inside. Nicer than any others I’ve been to. The staff were friendly and even with a new hire being trained, everything was smooth and they were very polite. I was pleased with the service and the food was on par with what I was expecting.

I waited for 20 minutes for someone to check in on me after ringing the bell 3 or 4 times. Then was told that the order wasn’t ready when it should have been ready 20 minutes prior. Definitely not coming back here. It’s not worth it. Very bad service!!!

This is a fast food place, so the food isn’t the best. I went in for a breakfast burrito, and it was just OK. However their drinks, shakes, slushes, limeade’s, lime Ricky‘s are really good. I wouldn’t really go here for the food, but I will definitely come here for the drinks and treats. The theme is a pretty cool retro diner field. This location has a larger dining location than others. You can also go through drive-through, or the drive up.

Please update your hours on doordash! I placed an order at 10 and doordash said they were accepting orders until 10:45 when in reality they closed at 10. Please change it so no one else makes the same mistake!
