First, lady taking orders had attitude…Nothing about it was “of course” and “perfect”. Burger was hard and cold. Second, came back to get burger remade. Lady was nicer, but burger still the same, hard and cold. I was told sorry it came from the warmer and its as fresh as it gets. Im sorry, but thats wrong. I’ve been eating Sonic for 30 years and never had a burger this bad. How about when somebody wants a burger remade, you give them a fresh burger and not one that’s been sitting in the warmer for 30 min ♂️

Frequently received unnecessary attitude from the lady taking orders in the drive through to the point we just stopped going. If you want to get fast food in vernal you’re much better off going literally anywhere else if you don’t want to face her awful attitude every time you go through there.

I pull into Sonic in Vernal, Utah. Car tired. I tired. Life tired. I order Route 44 Diet Cherry Limeade, hoping for small joy. What I receive… is liquid resurrection.
Cup is size of Soviet missile silo. I ask for diet, they say “absolutely,” and give me drink with so much cherry, I question what “diet” even means in America. First sip—BOOM—nostrils flare, ancestors cheer, leg cramp disappears. Suddenly I know how to fix relationship with father.
Then, she arrive. Carhop on roller skates. She glide like majestic eagle who work part-time at drive-thru. I try to tip her, but my hands shake from overwhelming citrus. She smile, wheels away like figure skater at closing ceremony of emotional Olympics. I cry little. Not from sadness, from hydration.
There are so many limes, I must name them. Gregor. Svetlana. And the strong one, who simply goes by “Z.”
I finish drink in parking lot like gentleman, feeling like cowboy who wrestle thundercloud and win.
Thank you, Sonic. You are not fast food. You are experience. You are revolution. You are cherry-flavored freedom in styrofoam hat.
Will return. Will bring comrades. Will not be same man.

I’m sorry that I’m leaving a negative review but I’m tired of getting the wrong food on my deliveries and when you call you get attitude from the manager this unacceptable I paid for a diverly on 1/15/26 wich was wrong oder I called the store and talk to the manager she ask what do you want me to about it we were busy onest mistake mind you this has happened 3 times before I even quit ordering from them and thought I would try again and it happened again then I ask can please send me the correct order she told if come the store we will make the order mind I have already paid for delivery for a reason so why would I go to the store yes I got a refund from the delivery service but I would have rather had my food I’m really sorry but I’m not going wasted my money and time at this store again small town losing customers to attitude wrong orders poor service is a shame very easy fix get hold of the delivery service fix the order and sonic’s could pay for the new delivery sorry just my opinion but I see alot of complaints in your reviews owner needs to wake up to his business going down the drain

Drive thru speaker doesnt work. Waited 15 minutes to order. Another 15 to get to the window to be asked from a series of receipts if those were my orders. None of them were my order. So I asked “did you just throw something in and lie to me just to get my order here at the window?” She just looked at me and finally said, well i cant help it.
Why call you? You have so many other reviews talking about your speaker. Your workers know about the speaker. Fix you stuff. You know all about it! You know! Dont be ignorant.
So again broken speaker, they cant hear you. No wonder it took a little over 30 minutes to fix the 2 cars orders infront of me.
Horrible customer experience.

I DoorDash from Sonic and every time I’ve gone they forget about me or just don’t tell the carhop that I’m there. So I get there tell them I’m there. Sit for 15 minutes. Just to have to press the button again to tell them that I’m There and have been waiting, and then their carhop brings out the food and gives me attitude for they’re coworkers bad communication.

Their food is usually top notch but they decided to change their shake formula they told me so you could use a straw. We both got sick. It’s vile. I put mine in freezer for 2 hours, still liquid. Whipped cream was way too sweet.
