I’ve been to this location a few times, and it’s just so much worse than other Sonics.
1st time was fine the 2nd time it took them over 15 minutes to take my order cause they couldn’t hear through the intercom, so I asked them to come to me in person. Turns out no one in the restaurant at the time could speak English (which I don’t blame the employee for, I blame the management) I waited 20 minutes for them to come out with only 2 burritos when I ordered 5. I then had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest of my food. I had to wait nearly an hour and was late from my lunch break even with only 2 other cars in the parking lot for 2 burritos, and 3 small burritos.
Decided I’d give them another try cause the 1st time was alright, and the 3rd time I ordered the chili Fritos burrito, and they gave me a burrito with less filling than my index finger………. Literally smaller in length and width than my freaking finger. I won’t be back.

Very friendly staff however the language barrier makes it difficult to get your order correct. I have been back twice and both times my order was incorrect and ended up paying more for add ons that I didn’t order. The food was still amazing and they are at least trying to learn and arr willing to work. When I called their corporate number to inquire about a refund for being overcharged, they didn’t seem eager to help me or even offer me something in return for my troubles. Not even a coupon and sonic never has coupons other then their happy hour which I am never available between the bourse of 2-4.

Do you guys even want people coming to buy food. Places like this used to exist for the sole purpose of driving in to eat and now there are only 3 slots to drive up to. It would be nice if the cargo would even speak too. This is what we are coming to, no human connection, make doing business as hard as possible because why, some app! No thanks! I love Sonic but this is terrible!

AVOID THIS PLACE!
My elderly mother made an app order with a tip. When she was there to get her food they claimed she didn’t pay. After two workers argued back and forth they decided that she infact DID pay and finally gave her the food. Incompetence on a level never seen before! Even by fast food standards!!!!

Ordered fries and a pretzel twist. Didn’t get either but got groovy sauce. Had to order again and they still didn’t get it right. My pretzel twist also didn’t come with cheese sauce. We were not even told to have a good day. The most unfriendly experience I have ever received. It was like they didn’t want to listen to us at all when we were ordering. I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

I went through the drive through at around 1:30 pm and the employee with the microphone was terribly rude and had a Ton of attitude with me. She also didnt tell me my order total or to pull up into the window she practically ignored me. I had sat for a few minutes before I decided to pull up to the window to pay for my order and she still had an attitude with me. I also got home to try the food and it was Not very good 4/10 on the food 1/10 on the service

OMG, I can’t even believe this happened! My husband ordered me a small strawberry cream slush, a fudge sundae with M&Ms, small pickle tots, and a Deluxe cheeseburger from the $1.99 menu, but hold the cheese, ketchup, and tomatoes.
They messed up the order and charged us too much, and the burger was wrong. After we told them we wanted the deluxe burger with no cheese, tomatoes, or ketchup, they remade it… with cheese?!
So, I called the store, and the manager was super nice and said she’d fix it and give us a refund.
We went through the drive-thru, and she said she’d remake it. We waited a few minutes, and she came out and handed us the bag. She smiled and was very friendly but obviously didnt know ehat she was giving us. We got home, and the burger still had cheese… Seriously, I can’t. The fries were not hot, the chicken was not hot. I don’t think they even remade our order. I better get my full refund because she kept my receipt, and I don’t have a new one.
Shame on this place for such an awful experience

The quality of the food for kids is absolutely unacceptable. They will take a lot of pride in their bigger meals which cost a lot more, the hamburgers look juicy and put together, the kids hamburgers taste like they have been in a heater all day (hockey puck) the bread was hard like it had been sitting on a shelf for months. I would rather me as an adult have less quality of food for my kid to have better quality of food.

Worst. Sonic. Ever. The staff is horrible. They get our order wrong every time. And they don’t know how to make their dirty sodas. They tell us we have to ask for it with the sweet cream when the sign says the dirty sodas come WITH CREAM. They fight us on it EVERY TIME. I’d rather drive farther to get it done right. Incompetence.
