My order was incomplete. There was no bacon on my bacon cheeseburger (but I was charged for it) and I did not receive my order of poppers (but I was charged for it). The food was not hot, hamburgers are thin and tasteless. I paid in cash (if I had used my credit card, I would have cancelled the payment) and gave a generous tip. If I hadn’t already driven home with our food, I would have asked for a refund but it was not worth the drive back. With the price of the food, you would expect the staff could at least get the order correctly. This used to be one of our favorite fast food place but tonight was our LAST visit. Seriously, Sonic, DO BETTER!

I’m extremely disappointed in your team today. I just got out of surgery and all I wanted to drink was my favorite slushie. I ordered a Blue coconut/blackberry and my mom ordered a peach/mango one. She tasted hers and said it didn’t taste right. So I tasted it. It was completely bland. Tastes like sugar water. I decided to try mine to see if it was just as bland. IT’S FREAKING GRAPE!! I HATE grape! Blue coconut is BLUE. NOT purple. I know that the blackberry flavoring you have is clear because I’ve had it in with peach many times. I don’t know what’s going on with your crew today, but this is unacceptable. I want to cry! How are you going to fix this??

Ordered a hand mixer oreo cheesecake shake and it had no flavor, cheesecake or oreo flavor. We went back and asked the car hop girl (young cameron diaz look a like) for a new small one. She brought back a large with lots of flavor and told us to keep the original, no charge. Great Customer Service.

Very snazzy burger place. Love the car hop feeling when you stay in your automobile, order, and they bring it out to your vehicle. Very tasty burgers, fries, and tots. Cheese sticks are delicious. Milk shakes are average, they don’t taste like real ice cream shakes. They have thousands of drink options, with different flavors to add to any drink combination.

Went a couple of days ago, I didn’t have a great experience with Kendra. I went back a few days later to give her the benefit of the doubt, and Mariah talked to me like I was a child, and I asked for my shake to be remade and she brought out a completely different shake. This has not left my mind since it happened. I’ve never been treated so poorly by fast food workers. Please do better.

They got my order completely WRONG. I paid $21 for basically nothing. How hard is it to check the ticket in the back before you just toss stuff in a bag and call it done? It’s not done WELL or with care… However, it IS your JOB. I could have gone to McDonald’s and had way better outcome!
SLOPPY service. They evidently don’t care about customer service and actually READ the ticket on your order.

Drive in restaurant. Sit in the car and eat. They have the best limeades and other tasty drinks. Their ice cream is pretty good too. I’m not as big a fan of their regular meals, but they aren’t bad.

Food tasted good but got extremely sick after eating it. Be extremely cautious. They also got my order wrong. Gave me tater tots instead of fries.
