Ordered 2 blast tonight at 9:20pm one heath, and one Reese tonight, was greeted with a very rushed carhop taking our order like we were a inconvience, and when we received our blast, the reeses blast cup was broken and was placed inside another cup, while the other blast heath had ice cream drowning down the sides. Whomever she was i hope she has a better day tomorrow or whenever she works next. Was going to tip but was very rude.

Drive through was empty, still somehow waited 5 minutes for a cold corn dog and cold fries. The fries had been reheated so many times it was like trying to eat shoelaces soaked in dirty frier grease. Awful.

Always something so simple that can easily ruin the meal. No ketchup means no ketchup and they ALWAYS put ketchup it’s literally the one thing I HATE I can pick off an onion or lettuce but I can’t remove the unwanted KETCHUP lol North Avenue is better sorry. Junior runs that North Avenue store amazingly!

Never had a bad feeling about a stupid hamburger at sonic until earlier, I feel like somethings changed about sonic and it’s not the place I used to know anymore. I trust my gut and my gut said that something just wasn’t right. I feel like sonic is a great place and I understand that every business has some of those times where it’s not at its best. I hope things are alright in the workplace. Things just seemed off. Also I ordered then 2 minutes later they came out with it? Which wow awesome but at the same time it would take about 7-10 minutes usually ? Which made my gut even more suspicious about it. Aswell as not repeating the order correctly like example the customer says like a #5 but somehow they heard a #1 and like drink like a Pepsi and somehow hearing a sprite? making me feel like and I’m sure other customers that they aren’t taking the job seriously anymore? Making the customer not satisfied with employees.

last three time we’ve ordered here they completely get drink orders wrong and then pack the bag with so much sauce, not complaining ab the sauce but we pay extra for strawberry limeade and they give us a sweet tea. last time i ordered a dr pepper with at least 4 modifications and they simply just put one cherry in the dr pepper.

I ordered a #10, the chicken was very thin, looked unappetizing and did not taste good at all. When did #10’s start coming with pickles instead of a tomato slice? Not the best combo. I won’t be ordering a #10 again anytime soon (wish I had just gone to Taco Bell).
Also my strawberry shake barely tastes like strawberries and was just a little wanting-I guess it just depends on who makes it that day- least this time it didn’t taste like soap which has happened in the past to many times to count. least the tots were good, thou I didn’t get ketchup with them.

Every time I come here it is quite the opposite of fast and convenient which is the whole point of FAST food. It was not even that busy and I was made to wait for almost 5minutes just to order then 15 minutes for one singular burger no sides not drink one burger that’s all I ordered. The fact that you cannot make one burger in 15 minutes and take 5minutes just to take my order is absolutely ridiculous and you really should figure out.

I’ve been here a few dozen times over the years, and I can’t recall ONE time that my order was what I asked. I ALWAYS have to ask for corrections after they gave me my food or need to get a whole new order. The employee’s are usually very nice but I’m tired of getting scammed out of food I ordered or having to wait an aditional 15 minutes for them to get it together while I’m in a hurry.

So as I sat and waited my turn to order at the drive thru I watch 3 people drive off the guy in front of me waited the longest and was completely ignored. Soon as I pull up to the order screen they was immediate to answer and took my order but took forever getting my card and the place was really slow not more than 4 cars parked. Food was ehhh they forgot my fries and tots and no silverware or sauces. Must not be worried about making money because I watched 100$+ drive off
