I am disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced at this Sonic. The manager who took my order was curt and rushed me at the drive-up window, and while I waited for my food both the manager and another employee stared and laughed — behavior I consider unprofessional. As a restaurant manager myself, I would not tolerate this conduct and will not be returning or recommending this location. I urge corporate and local management to address staff training and service standards promptly. #CustomerService #Sonic #PoorService

The food at Sonic is fine. We do have a couple problems, though. Every time we go to Sonic, I am sorry to say that the service is slow. When we went today someone before us in the drive-thru even left.
Also today, the food was not even close to hot, let alone warm. The tater tots were lukewarm and the hamburger was ok, but the bun was definitely cold.
I don’t know what the problem is, but there is one. It is not only 1 Sonic, but several that we have been to have similar problems.

Our service was rushed. We barely had time to order before she was already taking someone else’s order. It took 25 minutes to get our food and it was lukewarm. The delivery lady even forgot to give my husband his food. She was looking all for who’s it was. Very disappointed.

Got a corner, pound, corn dog and the package was smashed down to the cheese bread is nasty.nThere is no cheese after pulling package off.And hardly any sauce left

Food was gross, wouldn’t honor my online gift card, paid $70 for half ass cooked food and melted ice cream. Everyone i interacted with seemed grumpy and like they didn’t wanna be there. Half the food was missing or cooked poorly. Totally not worth $70. I really feel like I was ripped off, especially considering the demeanor and everybody in the quality of the food. It’s pretty crazy people are on vacation and then you want to treat them like crap. I work just as hard as you do for my money.
