I have gone to this Sonic everyday for years but over the last several months, it is getting increasingly giving VERY dirty vibes. The windows are always dirty and the stalls look like they need swept. I’ve stopped ordering food for years after reading posts online. Everything just looks raggedy. The employees take their break right outside the front for so they vape and scroll on their phones which is fine if they want everyone to look at them. During my wait today for my pick up order, I witnessed an employee pulling up her spandex leggings by reaching down and grabbing in a very inappropriate part of her body under her filthy shirt for all of the customers to see. Anyone that had ordered food had to immediately lose their appetite. When they brought my drinks out I didn’t even want them anymore. If she can do that in public without having any public decency and care for what others think, what is going on that we can’t see inside the restaurant? I don’t think anyone cares about anything that works here. Sorry to have to say this but someone needs to do something.

I get a cherry limeade from sonic every day no matter were in the country I’m at and I have to say this location has next level limeade’s! Best i have ever had from sonic anywhere. Had to go back and get another before leaving the area lol

The lady in the drive thru shorted us a dollar and then got mad at us for asking for our correct change. Maybe don’t steal from customers and you won’t get pissed off. Food was very good though ☺️☺️

Good hot food every visit. Friendly safe. They do take TAP TO PAY (not at the stall they bring out a machine) the burgers are always first gone you can’t stop eating. The fries and onion rings always smell like fair food. The ice cream choices is never ending in flavors. We usually spend about $40-$60 when we come.

It is always “hit or miss” with this sonic! My family loves sonic and we stop at sonic a lot even when traveling and this one is probably one of the worst! We’ve had problems before with our order being right, the food being hot, the food taking too long (it literally took 30 minutes one time to get only 4 drinks), the buttons not working properly at the pull in, but today was the “icing on the cake”. We went through the drive through and my son ordered the garlic bacon burger combo and a pretzel, I ordered a foot long coney with no bun (which is what I order every time I go to sonic because I can’t have much bread) with mayo, mustard, and ketchup and they asked me if I still wanted the chili and cheese and I said yes please. We got our food, I pulled the foot long out to make sure it was correct and had to really look because I didn’t hardly see chili and cheese on there. I asked the lady at the window if I could have more on there because there was hardly any on there and every sonic I go to typically puts a decent amount on there and she said let me check with my manager. So then another lady comes to the window, who I don’t know if she was a manager or what, but she said the general manager themselves made it, and they made it according to what they could figure out would be the best amount because it didn’t have a bun ♀️. I said OK but I have never had any sonic ever give me this little of an amount and you might want to let them know that. And she asked me if I wanted a side of chili and cheese and I said yes, that would be great, thank you! They brought me a small plastic condiment container that had chili in one and cheese in the other, which obviously isn’t enough for much of anything! So disappointed that the customer service in this situation was so overlooked and actually seemed to be kind of petty about it! Then, after leaving, my son, and I both started eating our tater tots and realized that they were cold and super salty!

I have for 4 years gone to this location and got a route 44 ocean water at the discount price from the app without the app. Used it yesterday. Now today, the only 2 new females say I cannot do that anymore. That corporate came down on them. But yet was there yesterday and got it for the same price as I have for the last 4 years. The manager asked me if I was sure it was this location. Um, so theres only 1 sonic in Canon, right? So yes it was this location I have gone to for 4 years. Both females were very very condescending. The manager more so than not and was so rude.
I unfortunately will not be going back to the ONLY Sonic in town. Lame poor pity me, yes. It wasn’t about the price it was the way they treated me.

I ordered a footlong dog and for some inconceivable reason they gave me a foot of meat but a six inch bun…and then like half of another bun??
It’s still food and it tastes great I guess yeah but this is just a poor way to solve a problem. They could have at least communicated to me “Hey, we don’t have any footlong buns, is it okay if we give you two six inch coneys instead? Or how about a footlong coney on two buns?” but instead I was served with a smile and sent on my way with no knowledge of this trainwreck of a hot dog waiting for me in my togo bag.
Like I said, food still tastes good, so that’s the only reason I’m leaving this experience with three stars.
