Came by with family to grab a treat on our day out. Slow service, waiting for over 5 mins to order. He said to let him know when we are ready & we said we were ready repeat 4 times, watched other cars were receive their food & drinks then when there was no cars.. still waiting for someone to respond to us till we pulled up to the window. Once we got to the window, we saw the car behind us was ordering at the speaker which it’s was a little longer wait. The guy finally took our small order but was rude & rushed us. Once we received our drinks; my drink wasn’t what I asked for & seemed rushed made on purpose to get us out of their window. Don’t recommend to come here at all.

I had one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had at this Sonic location. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally came out, the entire order was wrong.
While ordering, I noticed on the screen that items did not look correct and tried to politely correct Zackery. Instead of listening, he responded with an attitude. When we checked the food before leaving, half of it was incorrect. They attempted to “fix” it, but brought out the wrong order again.
Zackery came outside and explained that they had recently fired several employees and were short staffed. We told him we understood and were willing to be patient. However, while we continued waiting for something as simple as a kids hamburger, we watched multiple families receive their food and leave.
After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I went to ask for an update. Zackery told me he could not fix our order for another hour and that his general manager instructed him to tell us that. They ultimately refused to correct the order, shorted us drinks, and did not provide a refund for the incorrect or missing items.
To make matters worse, he also refused to provide the phone number to reach the general manager when I asked for it.
Mistakes happen, especially when short staffed, but poor communication, attitude, refusal to fix the issue, and refusing to offer a refund or contact information for management is completely unacceptable. This was by far the most ridiculous customer service experience I have had.

As a dude in his forties I tend to feel a sense of shame about eating fast food. Why am I doing this to myself? Why do I still eat like a teenager? One treat I keep coming back to though is the Sonic cheeseburger. You could go to a dine in restaurant and spend twice what you pay at Sonic for a burger that doesn’t taste quite as good. Something about the way all the condiments work together with the lettuce, tomato, and onions always makes eating a Sonic burger highly enjoyable. Those onions are fierce too, don’t leave a burger wrapper in your car overnight or your vehicle will reek the next day. Overall the price is right and quality is consistent which keeps me coming back.

This is the worst sonic I have ever gone too. The workers were so rude.. I did a mobile order and Dani said she needed proof because it was not letting me check in on app being my location was too far away. She then made me wait at the window and started taking orders out to the cars behind me. She tossed the bag at me while handing my order. Very unprofessional behavior and she looked very unclean and had stuff on her nose. I won’t be returning. I wish I could give this place zero stars

Avoid this place… waited for someone to answer the stall for several minutes. Didn’t appear busy. Person that took order very rude and we felt rushed on order to be done. Order didn’t come on screen to show us the total or pay. Tried to go ask. Door locked and couldn’t get in. Pushed the button and was told rudely “ pay with your carhop” minutes later then someone came out with a receipt said they put in the wrong stall number. Asked if the order on the receipt was correct. They had us pay with a mobile paying machine. Kids meal cup lid wasn’t even close to fitting on cup.burger was thrown together and very messy. Food was just okay.. customer service was the rudest I’ve had at any Sonic..we were on vacation and just wanted something simple and spent almost $60. Won’t return next time we visit.

Absolutely horrible sonic. Exceptionally slow service, even when there are no other customers. Food is low quality (the chicken bites are worse than cafeteria food) and if you order a sonic blast they wont even take the time to mix the toppings in. I usually love sonic and even i wont go here.

Stopped here on a road trip to Salida and had what was by far the worst Sonic experience ever. The employee who took our order was rude, he seemed annoyed from the start. We get to the window, it takes them 15 minutes to get our food. As we sat waiting we witnessed the employees yelling and fighting with each other slamming stuff down. We get our food and it’s OLD AND COLD. A waste of over $40. Would avoid coming here at ALL COSTS.

Sat in the parking lot for 20 mins. While car after car went thru drive thru. I called to see why no one had taken our order and they said they would get to us when they could. Drive thru was a priority and we were not. So I guess we’re off to Mc Donald’s.

Had no sever ice. Pressed button. Waited 5 minutes. Watched employees walk around. 1 employee walked out to smoke and saw us and ask him is our stall worked and he said yes. Wait few more minutes. Nothing no service. Drove away went to McDonald’s 8:10 pm Sunday 10/19/25
