This is a classic Sonic, perfect for a quick, satisfying meal. The biggest upsides are the speed and incredible convenience of carhop service right to your vehicle, plus the huge drink selection (especially during Happy Hour!). Staff is generally friendly. However, I’m giving it 4 stars, not 5, because small order errors happen occasionally always double-check your bag!
Bottom line: I recommend it if you’re looking for classic fast food on the go. It definitely earns its stars.

Drove an hour from Creede on 1/29/26 to enjoy some Oklahoma nostalgia and instead received the worst service I’ve received in quite a long time. Had a very simple burger combo order (didn’t get onions or pickles which I didn’t ask to not get) with fries (never got my fries) a pretzel (came out cold) and jalepeno poppers. Since their stalls are currently not working I knocked on the front door and waited for 10 minutes while the employees kept looking at me like it was the first day their eyes worked. Went back through the drive through and waited another 10 minutes while no one came to the window and since no cars were behind me they ignored me so eventually I had no choice but to leave without the food or service I paid for. Used to go to this sonic EVERY time I’d go to alamosa for groceries but not anymore. The service used to be amazing and friendly staff but it has gone completely downhill the last 3 years.

Parking lot was clean. Food was about what you would expect from a sonic. Service was a little slow, but faster thsn some. All in all, id eat here again. The prices were a little steep considering all the sandwiches have shrunk, but pretty typical these days.

Came through to order lunch for the family, I asked for a Chicken sandwich #11 with no lettuce and add tomato. They did not add tomatoes and the sandwich I ended up with was smaller that the kids meal sandwich. I asked for a large water with flavor in it and they did not upsize my drink. I ordered a kids meal and the lady that took my order couldn’t seem to here me because she made me repeat myself 4 times…. Grill cheese was cold and they loaded our cups full to the top with ice and little drink. Very disappointed.

I had to delete my previous review to review again. Im HUNGRY. I went to sonic this morning for my family. I got the french toast stick meal. But they didnt include my tator tots. Or syrup. So I just ate the french toast sticks by themselves. This place will NOT get your order right. I think once fast food gets as expensive as it has there should be zero room for mistakes and peoples orders should be correct! But in the case of this restaurant it will not be. If it is buy a lottery ticket. Attatched is the photo I deleted of my last review I made like a month ago. I didnt want to delete that review just add another one. Why do I keep going there? Because we have like 4 restaurants and theyre pretty much all this bad so whenever I dont want to cook Im just going to get screwed.

First time to this location as we were staying nearby. The young man that took our order we believe was a newer employee whose name may have been Michael (or maybe that was the one helping him). Regardless, this employee was extremely polite and helpful that I have to mention it. This was Feb 8, 2025 at 4:42pm. He was wonderful. Our food was great and the only thing that wasn’t was the fact that the “Blast” machine was done. I hope it is working now. Blessings to all for the new year and be sure to remember your Valentine this Friday!

I hate to say bad things about restaurants unless it’s well earned. Our order included fries which tasted like straight dirty cooking oil. We ordered an ice cream blast and the ice cream was melted!! It was pretty awful. And very disappointing because we don’t eat out much.
The staff was friendly but I don’t think good things are going on in that kitchen. And I can’t imagine how long that cup of ice cream was sitting out melting before they put Oreo on it and brought it to us

Ordered the smashburger, which is normally very good, instead received a soggy double cheeseburger. Absolutely no crispiness, no “smash” to it. I think they steamed or boiled it, definitely not fried or crispy. Disgusting. I gave it back.
