I had to delete my previous review to review again. Im HUNGRY. I went to sonic this morning for my family. I got the french toast stick meal. But they didnt include my tator tots. Or syrup. So I just ate the french toast sticks by themselves. This place will NOT get your order right. I think once fast food gets as expensive as it has there should be zero room for mistakes and peoples orders should be correct! But in the case of this restaurant it will not be. If it is buy a lottery ticket. Attatched is the photo I deleted of my last review I made like a month ago. I didnt want to delete that review just add another one. Why do I keep going there? Because we have like 4 restaurants and theyre pretty much all this bad so whenever I dont want to cook Im just going to get screwed.

Was going to place my order and was told that they were short staffed that I would have to place my order at drive through window. Got a nast hard old hamburger and fries were cold and nasty. Looked at my receipt when I got home didn’t get my right change back from a $20. 6-12-23. Most likely I will not be going back again.

Bad I order ice cream and they didn’t make right and I tell them an they said that they were gonna bring and they never did, the food is good but the people don’t know what are they doing they took orders wrong and give them to the wrong people. I ordered 3 single burger combo’s. All of the burgers were overcooked (black) and cold, and the fries were lukewarm. Drinks were done right. I am very disappointed with the Sonic, and will not return.
