Have been going to this one for a while now and suddenly these past few weeks dont know how to make anything correctly. I order a large Dr Pepper easy ice they gave me a medium cherry Pepsi extra ice. And before that they put green apple syrup in my Dr Pepper. The need to just fire the entire staff and start fresh.

Usually great but service is horrible. Ales for cherry limeade got a limeade. Asked for a large hot a medium. We also asked for no lime in our dirty doctor pepper and was given lime. So we threw it I put the window and the big man wearing a bulletproof vest at sonic for some reason yelled at us. Horrible service

Mobile ordered… they served 5 people in the drive thru first, then brought half my order out. Had to go back in for my drink when I asked what the point of me mo Ile ordering if I would have been served faster in the drive thru, she told me the cooks were busy. I might have believe that if my burrito wasnt mostly cold.. she brought it out 8 min past the delivery time, so it likely sat there and then they realized after serving their rush of drive thru that they had a mobile order outside waiting. Horrible service.

Constantly making the small mistakes.
I pay for extra meat or extra chili, it seems like I get less than normal. Not even a full scoop let alone an extra one.
I don’t know how you can look at extra and give less than the normal lol.
It’s not a big deal to do every now and then but it seems to be a constant thing recently. Sucks because I love sonic, but I can’t justify the rising prices if I’m getting less and less food. L PWest sonic

They shut off their app during happy hour all the time. I know its not because they are to busy because im currently sitting here watching half the staff talk to each other in the front of the building not doing anything at all. This happens constantly. Im going to go to the next sonic off of 50 and the app will work just fine because that place doesn’t turn their app off.

Went here for lunch around 1:30 today. I said I wanted the Carhop Classic Combo and I wanted the burger only ketchup. She didn’t understand and I had to explain it 3 times. She said that she had it on her screen even though I couldn’t see it. When my food came there was no ketchup at all on it. Even worse there was onions on it which aren’t even supposed to come on it. I checked the receipt and the carhop lied straight to my face. I won’t be returning to this location.

This sonic will purposely ignore cars in the drive thru, so they’ll drive off. They’ve done it with only a few cars in the drive thru so they’re not even busy they’re just being lazy. I hope everyone that sees this will start driving up to the window and order because some of their employees act like mean girls in middle school and they shouldn’t get away with acting so unprofessional. I really hope I get a number of the district number so they can hold these employees accountable.
